What a great ending place for my man and I, after a wonderful sunny date day. The atmosphere was quite and comfortable. The food was Amazing! And our waitress was so nice and friendly even thoe it was busy, she was prompt and filled out soda's right on time, extra napkins and we'll just everything.... We will definitely be going back... Thank you El Toro ???
This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. They have the best fajitas in the area. My husband liked his street tacos. This was our first time trying this restaurant, can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu. Our server, Lisa, was very attentive and helpful, and friendly
We ate here and the food and service were excellent. The food came out quickly and was fantastic. The staff were excellent and took great care of us. This is the first time we're we here and we're definitely coming back.
Great food, and great atmosphere. We have been here a handful of times. I think we have only had one semi bad experience. It is one of our favorite places. I normally get the enchilada combo. Same thing I get at all Mexican restaurants. Have also had a few other things. Their fajita is amazing, which is what my wife normally orders.
My date and I arrived at 550PM on a Sunday, sat in the bar. We had nothing but great reviews about the food there. We were excited that they had not only lots of TVs but Happy Hour even on Sunday was 3PM to 600PM. The bartender immediately came over with chips, and we tried to order with Happy Hour Prices. he said he was busy (and he was, fairly busy, l/2 to 2/3 of the seats were taken and we saw two servers assisting him in the bar area. The server came over at 600 or 601PM, we ordered two margaritas (house speciality) along with two regular combos which also had a discount either for happy hour and or seniors. Excellent service but we discovered upon looking at the bill , we were not give Happy Hour prices for either the food or the drinks. When I called her over to question this, she said the drinks were apparently put in a minute or two after 600 PM and for the discount on the food, I believe it was for seniors, she said this El Toro doesn't honor that (the menu did NOT state that), so consequently I recommend the food but watch out for price bait and switch tactics and even after I complained, Jennifer neither contacted the manager to authorize it or get them to listen to our complaints.
First time visiting and would most definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family. The first impression, the parking lot was clean. The restroom was also clean and very presentable. As we walked throughout the restaurant, heading towards the bar, everything was clean and well taken care of. This restaurant serves quality food and premium alcoholic beverages, which we really appreciate. What do I mean when I say premium? Well, we ordered the lime Cilantro tacos to eat in and ordered a meal a piece to go. People, these are the best flour tortilla street tacos we have eaten in years, particularly here in the PNW. The tacos had actual grilled chicken, NOT ground chicken. As far as the drinks, you could taste the alcohol but it wasn’t overwhelming, but just right. When you eat here you should expect delicious tacos, great drinks and greater customer service. Thanks for the experience!
Staff are way to strict about masks and that is the reason for 1 star being taken. Aside from that annoyance, the food was wonderful and the servers were kind we had a large party and the place was packed, for our large party the wait was long but when we were seated they got our orders and got food to our table in a shorter time than expected. I ordered the fajita quesadilla and I highly recommend it!
Bar area only happy hour @3PM with bang for your buck winners. Full menu served all day and Lunch menu until 3PM. I have eaten from all several times. Service has always been good, it's clean and the food quality & presentation is always on point. The space is well designed and comfortable to dine. I always return to this establishment. Nice consistency and quality controls that carry over to the total experience.

First time experiencing this restaurant. The wait staff was great very friendly and explained the menu extremely well! Attentive always made sure that our drinks were never empty and very courteous! The food was great not a single person at a table had any issues with anything which was kind of surprising cuz usually that's the case! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes Mexican food.we had a great experience. Good job team you did a wonderful job!
