Went here last week. I love their drinks. My massive issue is when I finished ordering the server held the tablet out of reach and said "how much are you tipping me today, I'll type it in." Then would not give me the tablet to do myseld. I normally tip, but the sheer audacity of someone demanding one before they will complete your order blew me away. A tip is not required. And if your establishment is now going to demand it, then put it in the price of your drinks, don't just demand I give extra.
Staff are so friendly! It was my birthday and the lady taking my order made me feel so special!
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Conner & his team ? It was our first time trying Dutch Bros & he literally made the best Aquaberry / Black Tea & a tropical soda, which was SO GOOD! My husband & I loved it ? I usually order the same thing from Starbucks, but I finally have a new favorite ?
Wonderful people work here, love that they changed their sticker days to the 1st Wednesday of the month. The line is shorter, so your not waiting a long time for your drinks. Love you guys, see you again soon.
Employees are nice. Coffee tastes good. Although some flavors are wayy too sweet

Worth the wait in the long line for the customer service lower prices and better coffee. If you ever want to know my overall rating of all the Dutch Bros like which ones most consecutively spirited which ones are fastest across the Western hemisphere I am a coffee critic and I will happily tell you just ask. Keep being great Dutch Bros ?
Our regular DB is in remodel. So, we used this opportunity to check out other DB's near us.. They are all great. Great coffee, great service..
We LOVE Dutch Bros!! But I do want to point out one experience where they went above and beyond at this particular location. For some reason at one of our visits, the machine wasn’t working so we weren’t going to be able to pay using the app. I apologized and told her that I didn’t have another form of payment, and we would have to come back. She said no worries! That the coffee was on them this time. Really?? We already frequent this location (love the energy of the staff and how friendly and kind they are every time). This just took our experience to the next level. Thank you!!
I love coming here the staff( Mafia) is way cool the environment is always lit , there is no drama and the drinks are freaking awesome.
