This place has no consistency. Sometimes I'll get a great pizza, and other times I'll get oddly shaped bread. So frustrating! Check out the photo of my recent pizza experience...
Honestly the employees My family talked to where great but the manager was pretty rude he went as far to call and be rude about a accident about a incident on the online order and as we explained the situation and told him we didn’t mean to he kept with his attitude and we even went as far to call back just to have him continue being rude while we explaining we didn’t mean to and tried to apologize….overall worst experience at dominos ever and dominos has the call on recording I expect something to be done reading the reviews you seems to have a lot of issues with managers being rude
I called to order pizzas for a party, five hours in advance. I asked to have them delivered at a certain time, as we only had 30 minutes to eat at our venue. I verified the address three times.Fifteen minutes before our scheduled delivery time I had not received any word about the status of our order. I called the store and was told they were running behind because a manager walked out on them, and they had one order in front of ours. (Despite the fact that I placed my order five hrs prior). They said it would arrive in 30-45 minutes.Forty minutes later we still had not received any word, and called again. We were told they were having oven issues but were currently working on our order. At this point, we had about 20 minutes before the party was over. We told them we would not be paying $120 for pizza to arrive over 45 minutes late. The manager rudely told us they don’t give their food away for free and that we would not receive a refund if we took the pizzas.The driver called a few minutes later and said they were having trouble finding us. We verified the address and stood outside to help wave them down. About five minutes before the party ended the driver finally figured out where we were. Turns out they had driven past us several times. We refused the pizzas and called to cancel the order.Our guest left hungry and we missed about 1/3 of our child’s party trying to figure out where our food was. Domino’s has lost us as customers for sure.
We ordered at 3:40 it arrived at 5:30 over down top crust was burnt, the lava cakes weren't lava and was hard cake also looked over done I called and the lady who answered the phone told me after I explained the problem if that was all she had other orders to work on will never order from them again and we did use them alot this was the first time with any problems. It's a shame that the customer doesn't matter to them.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.we ordered the “ wings” from there with are pizza and they gave us this I don’t know what this is but definitely not what we ordered. ?We called and the girl said she could not re fund us or give us a different order.Amanda is a girl that works there and is absolutely rude. She needs better respect for customers! the employees are SO RUDE.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
These people are very rude! I ordered 2 large pizza’s with extra cheese. One had no cheese so I called to see if they can make it right and the manager hung up on me. At first they conveniently “disconnected” the call so I called back and mentioned that we got disconnected and the girl chuckled. She said there was nothing they could do except send out another pizza which I didn’t need so I asked for an credit. The girl said they don’t do that so I asked for the manager. He got on the phone, I politely told him what happened. He said he personally “remade” me a pizza that I didn’t ever have remade? He said since we had already ate the pizza there is nothing they can do. He had a rude and condescending tone then hung up on me. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with this location. Normally their food is top notch. But their customer service is horrible! Only worth one star.
We ordered a pizza online and waited over an hour for it. When we called and asked about why it wasn’t delivered, they said it would be 2 to 3 hours before it was delivered. We went down there to pick it up, about 10 minutes away, the pizza was cold! NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE!
Didn't hear a knock and doorbell wasn't rung. Didn't receive updates by tracker. And in doing so my pizza was left outside for 30 min because people feel like they. Don't want to make sure you get your pizza that's not there job that's the update that you are supposed to receive.
They make hot tasty food. When I don't feel like making dinner they are there to cover for me. Thank you guys for you consistently good food.
Horrible horrible experience..poor customer service the guy that I was talking to helpMe out with my order and the guy just hang up on me. I called back and ask for the manager she too can’t help me and pretending that she doesn’t heard me.
