I got a burnt pizza asked for a refund got the runaround about how I had to wait one week for a manager to refund me the money back to my card then when I did talk to him he said that it was sent to my bank which I never got back he said sorry for your pizza.i expected more for customer service and my refund this store will not refund you your money back and does nothing to fix it's bad pizza what a joke
This is literally the worst Dominos in the entire company. Food arrives late, overcooked, and incorrect constantly. Our pizza tonight had so much grease in the box it was literally splashing around (and arrived 40 minutes late).I'll never be ordering from here again, and I'd recommend anyone who cares about their health avoiding them too.Update: Right after i posted this i receieved an EXTREMELY hostile phone call from the manager. Telling me that he won't be giving a refund. I tried to get him to stay professional, but he continued be be rude and disrespectful. Complete garbage food from garbage people.
Made an online order, didn’t get all I paid for, Went online to call but the site offered a compromise for a free pizza. Went to order a free pizza but the code is only for delivery, delivery charge is $6.99 and you can’t just get that pizza your order need to be $20.99. Called the store and got no help from the manager. Wouldn’t even give me my $ back for missing items or offer a free pizza for me to pick up.
Very bad please safe yourself the trouble and pick a different pizza place. The pizza was not fully cooked had to throw it away.
Excellent quality and service. Always friendly and helpful staff. Pizzas made with care. The pizza cutter might need to be sharpened a touch though.
I ordered for curbside pick up, had to feel out .y car details and all, did what the texts said and waited and ten mins after it said it was ready and on the way to my car, I walked in to get it because the staff was to busy making jokes, my order also had a 2-litter and they told me they were out and no refund, so that was 3 bucks wasted
Tried to place order on app for delivery and then decided to try and switch to carryout ... Needless to say got outsourced (?) Twice. First time, followed prompts, the lady sent me to the direct store, rang until the dial tone. Second time, a different lady got to help me, I'm not sure what happened but I wanted the bread bites and two pizza deal for $19.99. Without the coupon it was like 49 dollars (for carryout?) And then I was like on the website it shows the coupon above? She went to check the deals was like theres a 20 %, told her I'm sorry for wasting her time but I would like to cancel my order. Responded with that she found the deal that I mentioned, still rang my total in as like 43 dollars...? How does a 19.99 coupon ring up as $43? Anyways, guess the universe said no pizza. Next time I'll start somewhere more promising as this whole 25 minute fiasco was unappetizing.
We normally order from pizza hut but one night recently, they closed early for the night. I told my boyfriend to go to dominos since it’s also close and hopefully still open. He spent $60 on pizza that was at least 2 days old and reheated. It was so disgusting we immediately threw it all away. I have never left a review. But this particular dominos should be ashamed. And due to the hour of night, it’s not like we could go back and complain because by then, they were closed. By the time it was the next day, my boyfriend got off work late, we decided to just let it go. But we will never deviate from Pizza Hut from now on. Clearly the kids working at dominos just wanted to go home for the night instead of actually doing their job. Oh well.
worst experience total sham, stole 52dollers from claiming was going to refund my money didn’tfirst messed up deliverying to the wrong address i waited 3 hours for the pizzia called the store number it hangs up on you, i get a call from the manager saying there going to make it right wait another hour and half, and never got it, i would never buy from these guys and i do t know how you endorse someone to run a business with your name like that but my 5 year old has been waiting and waiting i live 7 minutes away, and can’t leave with him personal reasons. order was takeni osredered at 701 got it 50 minutes later and called me after bringing it to my house.. wow.. found out people can find my house.. in a reasonable time
I used to order from here a lot but the quality of their pizzas went down hill fast not even warm when arriving, to top it off I got diarrhea badly from the last order so I called the Heath Department. I advise no one to support this location. Didn’t even get a coupon for the order being late by 30 extra mins. Domino’s is off the menu permanently for my family. -10 stars ⭐️
