Great staff, we love the pizza, we don't order anywhere else
They always forget to put Buffalo sauce on my pizza. Every single time. This past order not only did they forget the Buffalo sauce on my pizza, they forgot my marinara sauce we paid for, and the sandwich for my wife was supposed to have extra steak and it literally had less than a layer of steak, it didn’t even full cover the bread. I had to argue with the guy to have him remake the sandwich so it was what we actually paid for. We order this often so we know what this sandwich is supposed to look like, this did not have the correct portions.It’s obvious they are skimping out on toppings to hit their food goals, everything on the order was light and under topped even though extra was ordered. Was made to feel like a burden due to the sandwich argument.
Ordered pizzas while staying at The Best Western in Puyallup on Dec 7. The food arrived beyond BURNT on the crust bittom and edge. Pepperoni was burned everywhere. Asked for a refund WITH tip because these never should have left the building! Check the food you are delivering BEFORE leaving! We had to toss them in the garbage because they were rock hard! I was confined to the room so I tried to eat a bit of it because I was so hungry and it was just AWFUL. Worst pizza we have ever had. I called the location & spoke with someone who was zero help, got online where I ordered and hit the tab for a refund & had zero communication. The next day I filed with customer service, got an email acknowledging it and have not heard one word back. Poor, Poor customer sevice. EDIT: After seeing the terrible reviews, I will be filing with the better business bureau. They have clearly been getting away with taking people's money in exchange for trash, for to long.
Fast and great customer service by the employee
Called my local store for a delivery order. My call went to call center and the connection was terrible. I think the center is out of country. He transfered me to the store. I asked how I could get the prices as they weren't listed. He said I would have to place an order and get to the checkout page to see the prices. Ordered a pizza and some chicken. Went to checkout only to find that the minimum order for delivery is $20! It didn't say this until checkout. BAD Customer Service! We don't go to the grocery store and have to ask the prices at checkout, we know the prices BEFORE we buy. Needless to say, I didn't order and I won't in the future. I think I'll just go to Pizza Hut.
worst service ever ordered the food, never received it waited 3 hours called twice manager was rude never refunded my money. and i never got the notice a call of delivery, absoltuely ridiculous and when i called to contact the store i live 2 minutes away and can’t drive because of my son anyone who orders online realize they don’t care and don’t pay with a card online they won’t give you the money back

Made an order to pickup, told them i only have 100 dollar bills and Angel said they couldn’t do i it and hung up on me, wow… this place is really unprofessional
30 minutes plus spent waiting for an order to make it to the delivery stage, and they didn't even seem to see what was wrong with the pizza sitting around for that long... not sure I'll be ordering from this location again
You get your food fairly quickly but I don't like the fact whenever you want a dipping sauce you have to pay for each and everyone
