A random Thursday night we arrived, the drive thru wrapped around the building and the lobby was busy!! We decided to go into the store instead of wait in the drive thru line. There had to be 15 employees working, crazy... The lobby was a total mess (boxes, shipping stuff piled up taking up at least half the dining area) and roped off. The girls at the counter were friendly and helpful. We like coming here, but it seems they don't have much space for dine in anymore.
I went there tonight with a friend and had a Reeses Blizzard. The manager was very friendly and respectful to me and he has a great team working for him. They are all are very hard workers and very friendly and Helpful . They all knew there job was and fast .You don’t have to wait very long for what ever you are waiting for. I would give them all five stars. Keep up the great work you all.
Wanted a royal New York cheese cake blizzard with banana added. I usually get mine from the one by eagle leather in tacoma but we were out in this area. The employee said she couldn't add the banana or alter the recipe but she could put the banana on the side. I've never had an issue before with this request the 3 years at the tacoma location. would not recommend if you like additives in your order. we left without placing an order
What can you say! Food is consistent and hot! Fast n friendly! Chicken basket & a cone! Still the best soft ice cream ever!
A line of 10 cars ahead of me went so fast. I couldn't believe how quickly orders were taken and processed. Very courteous and friendly staff. The snack burger was much larger than I expected. The Blizzards were sublime.
GREAT JOB DQ! On point in South hill tonight triple cheeseburger made it home and still looked like the picture.
I ordered a customized burger through DoorDash and asked for no ketchup. I am super allergic to ketchup and my burger came with it. I tried calling the store and no answer. I will not be getting food from you guys again
Who knew that you could go to Dairy Queen and buy a 6 pack of NON-DAIRY Dilly Bars, WOW! I only eat non dairy ice cream and these were pretty good. I definitely know where to start getting my fix when I need it. Thanks DQ.
I'd give it 2.5 stars, so I rounded up to 3. It is an incredibly dingy place and is just overall dirty. The drive through can be a hassle. Still, you get what you want and it's basically the expected general Dairy Queen!
I always come for the reeses extrene blizzard its the best hands down its a shame its not.a regular menu item it was the blizzard of the month but each store rotates diff monthly bliZZARDS LOL so when one changes often times a diff location will have it instead!!
