My daughter loves this place and they come up with some very creative cookies. They're always very good and they have, I believe some main cookies that they always serve and then specialty cookie creations that change to either seasonal or just great and different creations. They decorate them very nicely and package them in a pretty pink box that makes you feel special or if you're giving them as a gift .If you haven't tried him, you certainly should. They are very good and they are very big.I will try and remember to take a photo next time to post.In addition to the fabulous cookies, the staff is/has been very friendly, nice, and professional. Even when they are extremely busy the staff doesn't make you feel rushed. They make sure that each customer is being taken care of in a timely fashion and treated with respect.
The owner of the Lakewood location was absolutely amazing and gave us tickets to PBR tonight. Great cookies and a great night all because of crumble!! Thank you again! The waffle cookie was definitely my favorite.
I had dark dream and chocolate chip cookies and I almost lost my mind. They are so amazingly delicious and the flavor is out of this world. Do not let the price discourage you because it’s what gourmet cost. Your paying for the whole process it takes to get this delicious cookie. It’s so worth it. Download the app and you can order there to have them delivered or pick up in the store. I ordered my first box at the in store kiosk and by the time my card was approved for the purchase, I turned around and my box of cookies were in the hands of a store employee waiting and ready freshly made. Me and my husband enjoyed that box all to ourselves with a nice glass of wine. It was so romantic for me. Anyway enjoy. You won’t be disappointed.

You won't be disappointed! This sweet treat is definitely worth it. Give them a try asap. I have yet to try the ice cream but I plan to. The cookie flavors change often. It smells heavenly. My kids enjoyed watching them make the cookies while waiting in line.
First time trying Crumbl. So good! Fresh, warm, and original. These cookies are also HUGE.
If you are looking to get cookies here, you might as well go to your pantry, grab the sugar and spoon and eat about 200 scoops! It is PURE sugar. Not fond of diabetes masked in pretty treats. Better baking your own at home with non gmo ingredients. Shalom
My first time ever ordering from cookie crumble. I’ve heard great things and thought I’d give it a try. I bought a box of 6 cookies for my sons wrestling fundraiser as a dessert to be auctioned off. When I got to the store they tried giving me someone else’s order. When I arrived at home I opened the box to find that one of the cookies was Missing and the frosting on the cookies were melted.Total disaster.
When I moved here to Washington I was introduced to Crumbl cookies and I love is so much. Now I have two favorite places to go for cookies. When I was in Hawaii, I didn’t see Crumbl cookies but I was loving Cookie Corner. Now Crumbl Cookies is my number one place and Cookie Corner is my second place. Love the taste of all the cookies at Crumbl Cookies, but my favorite one is milk chocolate chocolate chip cookie. I would share it to all my family and friends to go and check it out. Love the friendly smiles in the Puyallup store location and I also love the curbside pick up.
They provided great customer service! I had scheduled curbside pickup and ended up being in the area 2 hours earlier than planned and they were able to have my order ready within the new time frame and with only 20 minutes notice. Plus, their cookies are delicious!! Great quality and very filling! Will be coming back.
