Order delivery off the main site and the DoorDash driver contacted me saying there was an item they couldn’t include cause the store was out. (The item was a waffle cone bowl) They asked if I wanted a substitution I said no it would be fine without it. I was never advised my full order was being cancelled. Instead I get an email saying I’m being refunded for my full order. When I called the store the guy who answered said they refunded my full order cause they couldn’t provide a substitution but not once was I asked if that was ok. Guy wasn’t very nice and could definitely tell he didn’t care. Guess it’s easier for them to just cancel a whole order then adjust the price for the missing item.
Purchased some ice cream here and by the time I got home (2.5 miles away) one of them was a soupy mess.When we called about the issue, all we got as a response was a bunch of excuses about how it was our fault and not their's.Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here...
Normally I wouldn’t put no one on blast like this,but I was so disgusted.So I am waiting in line and I see the employee walk in from his car.Not wash his hands,and to make matters worse I watched him itch his scalp and run his hands thru his greasy hair 3x,put no gloves on and walk right over to the ice cream and start orders.So I walked over to another employee and asked them to make my ice cream and she said sure nicely problem is that she came from stocking the bathroom n didn’t wash hers either.I am so tired of ya’ll not caring about cleanliness.You are putting people at risk and it’s simple.You should be washing your hands every hour or when stepping away from food and coming back.Clearly there is a lack of training there along with supervision.
Just want to comment on the 2 ladies who thought it was okay to use someone’s color she is a human being why do you need to refer to her color. Grow up!
Extremely late on this but I visited this store on March 25th and TT and Kaylee were amazing and so much fun it was really busy but it was my first time and they were patient with me and was just great. Great staff. Great ice cream. Great music in the background lol
Black girl working there was down right mean, rude, insulting. Will not return, I've cream was melted too.
Both girls didn’t seem to want to be there at all and had a sarcastic attitude it’s not hard to make the ice cream correctly especially for that price and treat the customers with a warm vibe, just absolutely ridiculous
It was really good fast sevice at the end of the trip which i had my two foster kids and daughter with us and a line started to build and no one helped the person behind the counter untill all of our orders were done
Out of ice cream and waffle cones. The waffle cone is old and hard. I wasn’t greeted. People hanging out in the back. Very old waffle cone. I thought I pay to eat my waffle cone
Came in with my nieces and nephew. Our server, TT, was great! Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
