I am highly upset. I ordered on the app and no one will deliver. Ok, fine, but I can’t cancel my order or even talk to a manager?!! What restaurant does not have a freaking phone?!!! I order all the time and calling was a joke because you cannot talk to a real person. How can you run a business like that? Why not try this, don’t make the order until it says someone is picking it up. I won’t be out money and neither will you, and if no one comes let us cancel. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants but after today I’m done.
I would simply come here just because whoever the team that was here tonight 6/8/2022 at 8:35pm is the most professional group of folks I have ever encountered in a services trade. They dealt with a true douchebag tonight, never once wavering from a sound frame of mind. It was impressive to watch to say the least. I applaud them, give these folks a raise. Location on meridian next to Jimmy Johns.
Would like to start off by saying I travel around WA for work and as chipotle being my favorite, I’ve been to many. But this location is my favorite. The food is always so amazing, they always make it delicious and get things ready perfectly! I’ve had experiences that range from ok to gross. But I am so grateful for Sherie she is such an incredible employee and always so helpful n kind. The whole staff are always amazing actually. I really love and appreciate places like this it makes it worth spending the money and the trip. So if you love chipotle and are near this location GO THERE!
I blatantly was refused help with my door dash order. Just because it says it should be ready in ten minutes doesn’t me you wait ten minutes to do it. He was taking temperatures and couldn’t stop to do his job that he gets paid for, the lack of understanding priority. When a customer has an order, you need to do it and have some self awareness. this is beyond careless behavior. Standing there disrespectfully not helping people on purpose. I’m glad you’re so incompetent, who are the people that raise these kids? Work is a foreign concept to you guys.
Used to not mind chipotle and the service but tonight y’all were a hot mess. Never seen a more disgruntled group of coworkers, the attitude coming off everybody made the whole room uncomfortable. Didn’t listen to what customers wanted on their food and tried to ring us up for too much without asking.. just overall a joke of an experience.
Have been eating chipotle at least once a week for a few months now and ended up getting food poisoning from my bowl last night. So fun ???Also I guess while I’m already here I will mention that a week or two ago I came in and some lady with an accent acted bothered by the fact she had to make my bowls?? Like bruh just quit if you don’t like your job. And she like made the bowls super fast and barley put anything in them.
I think there food need to be a lot of hotter but it's good more heat though but it's good
This location is hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes not. And they never fill the bowls very full. The location further south on merian is much better. Always consistently good food and good size portions.
Bad service from Ruben or Ruvin. I don't know his name but he gave me terrible service. Very unhappy with this location. I used to love Chipotle, but it's gone downhill.
DREA PEREZ and JOSE are super nice employees. DREA PEREZ is always super nice when asked to customize food. I would love to see both of them again at Chipotle.
