Absolutely the best customer service I have ever seen in my life. We are from out of state & stopped by here after buying a car. We did not know they were closing. They still served us hot fresh food! With smiles!! I couldn't believe it! They said we could stay and eat but we got a bag to go after eating for a few minutes. They were the friendliest group I have ever encountered in my life! Especially at closing!
I come to Chick-Fil-a about twice a week and they have never messed up my order. They are always nice and i get treated very well! Sometimes I go in restaurant (sometimes it’s a bit faster than drive-thru) but usually I do drive thru. I don’t mind long lines because there set up for their lunch rushes are very well thought out.I read a lot of the negative reviews about long lines but its a bit unfair because this location is always busy and always has lines. You just got to figure out when a rush is about to start or when it’s ended if you want a quick and fast experience. If you’re reading this, don’t bother with the “they always have long lines” reviews on here because this specific restaurant is always going to have lines. It’s not a big deal.I absolutely love the management here and it’s always great to talk with the employees. I also do like the rewards they have! Recommend this restaurant!One thing that i did see that proves that they follow safety/sanitary procedures is that i saw an employee sneeze (in elbow) and they immediately ran away from drive thru and washed their hands. Great job!
We walked in to get our food to go. There were two orders ahead of ours. Only one of those were filled while I counted seven cars go by. We waited nearly 20 minutes before asking for a refund because we were going to be late to a medical appointment. There needs to be a better priority system. People who walk-in should have the same amount of wait time as people in their car.
I was new to this place and their concept.The placed looked very clean and organized, Mike L’s trainee Maile gave me a great tour of the menu and suggested plenty of items.I ordered based on her knowledge and suggestions and I was very pleased with my meal.The service was excellent and reasonably fast.
I am a big fan of the spicy chicken sandwich and made my way to this Chick-fil-A location to scratch the itch. Not a big fan of the convoluted entryway but still worth hassle.
The location is fine, but the APP is useless what is the point of having an app to order from if i still have to be in line before the order is processed. There is absolutely no point in that. This has put a bad taste in my mouth and will keep me from coming here for sure
I have avoided going to Chick-fil-A when I look for a fast food place to eat, mostly because of the extremely long lines I see in the Drive-Thru. However oh, I needed a late dinner and looked online and saw that they did have salads. The drive-thru line was short at 7:30 p.m. and there were still staff out there taking orders. I was surprised at the efficiency and there's also another person in a booth to hand you the receipt. It was a very smooth process I'm happy to say. The spicy southwest chicken salad was amazing and very tasty and I loved the chili lime Pepito packet and tortilla strip packet add-ons. The creamy salsa dressing was very yummy and the chicken on the salad fresh and more like strips than little square cubes like I have seen on other salads. Fresh greens as well. I don't really like paying $11 for a salad and couldn't do that everyday, but it was a quality , in a substantial portion, and I can recommend it.
Epitome of quality: Food served hot and fresh. Employees professional, personable and hospitable. Chicken sandwich, waffle fries and lemonade ... made my day!
Awesome great food. Drive thru was super long so I went inside to order and less than 5 minutes it wss up.
Massive line everytime, is it worth it to wait 45 min? I hate having Chick-fil-A gift cards.
