My favorite chicken tenders used to be at Carl’s Jr. yesterday I went to get the chicken tenders. I was tired and hungry. When I got home to eat I opened the box and they looked more like breaded chicken jerky!! I don’t know how long they are allowed under the warming light. These should have been tossed out hours ago. This is not the first time I have got breaded jerky from them. So I know I should have stopped going there after the first couple times I received such a awful meal. I returned them for the first time and asked”are these something that should be served to your patron’s”? She said no and returned my money. I am done!! I will no longer be going to Carl’s Jr.I tried to give no stars but then I could not post my complaint. So I give a -10.
Possibly the worst Burger! I ordered a double cheeseburger for $2.99 and when I drove off to eat it it was almost cold the bread was stale it looks like it was made by a 5-year-old. I will never ever go to this place again. If you want quality fast food,go with Wendy's
Manager needs serious training on how to handle issues. I ordered a sourdough sandwich and they served me uncooked bread that was soaked in butter. They forgot to toast it and when I returned my meal for a refund they refused to give me a refund. I won’t give my money to a place that won’t refund when they make a mistake. Used to visit frequently without problems. I’m in food service and handled this mess up kindly because I understand things happen and got nothing but angry attitude and “I can’t do a refund” from the manager. Don’t waste your money like I did. Mistakes are going to happen it’s all about how you deal with them! If she was handling issues the right way she could probably take pride in her work and not be so angry to her customers with valid complaints.
They messed up a simple order and I'm not mad, just disappointed, I used to go to Carls Jr. As a kid a lot and it was one of my favorite places to eat. Sadly this time going was not a good experience. And they weren't doing shakes :(
Not at all happy with this fast food restaurant. The food was cold the employees were grumpy and u helpful whatsoever I tried to ask detailed questions about the menu and the employee acted as if I was making her life a living hell and that person should not work in customer service is what I know. I won't be back, not to this one or any other location because the food when it did arrive was cold bland and horrible and I can't believe I had to pay for it!
Ordered a classic california combo with zucchinni coins and strawberry fanta, well I was given double bacon cheeseburger with fries. I should have checked my order but I didn't so I figure leave a review about it.
Perfect drive thru experience. Fast, accurate service. Clean menu boards and driveway. Everything tasted great. I have been craving CJ's for weeks and this did not disappoint. This location is closest to me currently. Defiantly coming back. Thanks
I used to live in California and remember Carl's Jr. serving a better hamburger than at McDonald and Burger King, all with a comparable price. Not so, this place. A basic double patty bacon cheeseburger cost $7-$8 and was just two overdone, thin patties with barely any accouterments. Not only this, but the lobby isn't open for deliver pick-up or take-out meaning that you have to waste time waiting in the drive-thru line. Just not worth it to me.
Best Famous Star I've had in years. It tasted like the ones when I used to go Carl's Junior when I was a kid. Now if they'd only bring back the fries like they had been then.
The food is good but the drive-thru is so slow.
