Graduation today for four local high schools, one of which was our son's.We had already been to a restaurant that treated us like we were an inconvenience even though we attempted to call ahead and use their service for everyone's easy flow and the whole trip in was horrible so we left.Walked in already jaded, was told immediately they had one server on because of a huge call in, they apologized (not necessary) and seated us under 15 minutes. Waitress Dylana was patient, fun, fast, attentive even when overwhelmed and although the wing sauce game needs to be nailed down in the kitchen, the trip in was something my son deserved, I wish we would have started here. Thank you for being honest, kind, receptive and on spot.
ordered 10 boneless wings from Uber Eats with ranch. Was given no ranch, and 5 of the wings were bone in
I usually order to-go from this place, and I ALWAYS forget to check the bag before I leave. This is probably the 3rd time now that this location has only put part of my order in my bag only to get home and see that something is missing.Yes I should be checking, but they shouldn't be sending me off either with an incomplete order. Had I been delivering to someone they would have received an incomplete order.The wings were good and the staff was nice when I was sitting there waiting for my food.

Chicken wing review: 3/10 my wife and I have already ranked for our own benefit, the bacon cheeseburger list and pineapple pepperoni pizza challenge. Now we are onto finding good chicken wings in Pierce County.... still looking... after we decided to make our previous lists, we went to places that were known for each specialty. Burger King... it was good A 7/10, but not amazing. Round table pizza was actually very impressive. Buffalo wild wings was expected to be meh... but it even failed there. Dry bad chicken, stringy, and our of 10 "wings" 3 were only wings, the rest were drumsticks. That was bad, but at least we had the atmosphere... we aren't going to make it are we?
the food was good, but they didn’t have many beverages that were non alcoholic and the booths are not very good… everytime the person sitting in the booth behind me moves i can feel it
Horrible service. 3 families dining in so they werent busy at all. I counted 10 employees standing along side the half wall by the entrance and kitchen hanging out. We felt like we were animals in a zoo being watched. Half our meal wasn't delivered and I had to ask for it. Then it came out so burnt I sent it back. Really disappointed in the lack of service these days.. this was an all time low. It's too bad..we love wings.

I ordered off the online app and it told me it be done at 5. I got there maybe 5 minutes after 5:00 pm and when I got inside and went to the counter the lady that helped me was kinda snappy told me the that I was gonna have to wait. That was fine but when it came out they were in hurry to give it to me but when I got home..I realized I was missing two items that ordered ..I called to get a refund and they told me that I should’ve checked before leaving but they had it all wrapped up in bags so assumed it be fine but they refused to make refund .
