The restaurant is clean and well maintained inside and out. The staff was friendly and happy to be there. The girl who took my order was knowledgeable and polite. There weren't too many people around 7pm on a Saturday and I got my order - A barbecue burger, onion rings, and a chocolate shake - in 12 minutes. The only thing I don't like so far is the price. Almost $22.Update: The burger was great! Not so big I can't fit my mouth around it, but more than enough to satisfy my burger cravings. I noticed they use a gas stove and cooking grates to get an even sear and the meat was cooked all the way through and yet was juicy. The burger came loaded with fresh cheese, tomato, lettuce, and barbecue as well as long meaty strips of bacon. The onion rings were breaded and I prefer mine battered, but they were still pretty good. The shake was ok. They really got the burger game locked down. I wouldn't recommend going here too often because of the price, but if you got it like that, why not? It's worth it.
I’d rate a 4 out of 5. The burgers are tasty and delicious. The meat is fresh and lettuce is always cold. I’ve tried each of the fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. I have to say, I’m not a fan of the sides. Each time I’ve tried, the fries/rings are greasy and like warm. I even ordered well done hoping it would solve the problem. Sadly, it didn’t. I’ll be back for the burgers though.
Burgers were really good!!! The wait between ordering and getting our two burgers was a little longer than I expected but it was worth the wait! The fries were great as well..crispy.
We loved the burgers we got! The fries were also really good!! My husband got the Bros Burger and I got the Bacon Cheese Burger. Food was freshly made while we waited and the staff were super friendly and helpful for our first visit. We will be back again!!
This was like going to the store buying all the best ingredients at top dollar and having my brother make it for me…The bacon was thick and perfectly cooked, the tomatoes were thick and juicy, the lettuce was crisp and my bread was toasted to perfection! I almost forgot, they added cheese! I thought I was the only person that added cheese to my BLT!!! Win!! The fries, OMG the fries! This was a super yummy meal at a great price and I didn’t have to cook it! Worth it! Super easy to stop into and fast but oh so yummy! Also great customer service!! Thanks guys! We will be back! My husband had the Bacon Cheeseburger and he says I just have to try it!!
My whole family loves this place. The service is excellent and the burgers are so delicious. It’s our favorite burger place in the area. ? ❤️

Cool place! Love the food drawing they have. Be cool if they hung customer or employee drawings of food or promoted local artist. Staff are very nice. Awesome that they repeat your order back to you. It got busy really fast when I entered, but I felt they kept up with it well. Prices are reasonable. Decent options on their menu, but could definitely spice it up. Or at least make the names more creative
Finally a best burger in town you can tell it's a fresh meat not like the others you can tell it's frozen and the customer service is really great I feel like im home me and my family don't mind driving to Puyallup cause it's all worth the driving to eat the best burger in Washington.
Don't listen to the negative comments. Way better than red wagon. Sauce is really good. Burgers aren't greasy it's the sauce on the burgers that is dripping. Onion rings are hand breaded and huge! Customer service is awesome. Great atmosphere. Definitely will be back.
