No food available.When we arrived, it was later in the evening but still plenty of time before closing (2+ hrs). There weren’t many people, and seemingly only one waitress working. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated in this empty restaurant.When we sat down, our waitress got our drinks (Dr. Pepper was flat) and we already k ew what we wanted to order for an appetizer. We ordered some boneless wings (1/2 bacon jam, 1/2 peppercorn bbq). She came back a moment later ready to take our full order, but with bad news: they were out of everything except appetizers and pizza…and they could only do the peppercorn wings as they were out of bacon. So, we kindly declined and asked her to cancel our wings order as we were here for dinner, not for pizza. She was kind and didn’t charge us for the drinks, but we left a tip for her anyways as we know it wasn’t her fault! Poor gal!How does this happen? Poor management not ordering enough food? It was a Thursday evening, nonetheless. Idk. I’ve been to many BJ’s and have loved all of them but this one was a disaster.
We frequent the Thursday nights for the Tri-tip special which has become a hit/miss occasion. Meat is either real favorable with little fat or laced with strings of fat and difficult to cut/enjoy. Food sides are either hot or cold. Soooo...it's a chance you'll have to take. Hate to send food back, but have had to do so more than desired. Desserts are tasty! Servers seem rushed, and the only bartender was hustling his butt off! Kudos to him.
Very clean restaurant, served us fast as well. Food was good and reasonably priced.The nachos lacked cheese and the avocado scoop was quite sparse.The shrimp scampi pasta was fantastic, very light sauce and fresh ingredients!Also had the club sandwich which was good.The desserts were good too!
Came here Monday 4/18/22 about 2pm.The waitress in the bar section had a lot of tables to service and she was alone. This made for longer wait times. She was very nice but couldn’t be as attentive as I would’ve liked.We ordered the avocado egg rolls, a full rack of baby back ribs with mashed potatoes and asparagus and the barbecue bison burger with fries.We loved the avocado rolls, the ribs were decent and my bison burger needed a little more flavor and all the sides were tasty.The bathrooms here are always clean.
Don't waste your money on this restaurant. I've had better pizza from Chuck e cheese or even as far as saying better pizza from frozen pizza. Over priced for the quality of what you get. I returned my plate, was taken off the bill. My kids didn't even eat their pizza and they typically eat any bread with sauce and cheese on it. Waitress was very nice but had to request silverware and never got refills of drinks. Never apologized for the wait or the poor food. I wish i went to to olive garden next door.
Although our server forgot to order our appetizer the food was amazing, and the service was friendly. We chalk up the error to a very busy day and ordering our food at the same time we asked for the appetizer! We will be back.
Well first off is..Don't listen to the last review. Do us all a favor, Stop going to my favorite restaurant..Now the good stuff..FOOD IS OFF THE HOOK.EVERTHING THEY COOK WILL LEAVE YOUR MOUTH WATERING. Large portions, awesome rootbeer glaze..Prime rib is amazing. Great cocktails and the beer is to die for. IPA HEAVEN. GREAT JOB GUYS.Awesome staff and service. Plenty of parkig.Clean restrooms. I left some pics of the to go boxes.Like I said large portions.
Awesome place! Very friendly Customer service, Samantha was great with recommendations and refills! They support Veterans and military. The pzookies macadamia was so delicious, cookie was warm and just right out of the oven. Orange vanilla soda reminded me of my childhood. Great deals Tuesday and Thursday! The actually have deals everyday. The lunch specials are very affordable. Mojito taster and whiskey tasters are fantastic. Highly recommended
My first time here and I'm not impressed at all. We were seated at 8 and got our bill at 9. They were out of guacamole--ok fine. I had to ask for avocado slices instead. It wasn't packed at all so I'm not sure why it took so long to get our food and almost 45 minutes to get our bill. I had to go and ask the manager to bring our bill. Applebee's would've been better.
This place has totally killed our family's vibe tonight... it wasn't fully packed and for some reason we only saw our server every 20-30 minutes... and when my wife's food showed up it was an absolute trash bag! The management needs drastic improvement and health department needs to look into this place emmidiately.Nothing but thumbs down. Our tab was over $200 with food mcdonalds would be ashamed to serve.
