Terrible terrible service and beyond rude today.
Found the biggest curly black hair in my ice cream. Also the phone number on the receipt belongs to someone that doesn't work there. Kathy the manager said that was her bosses cell phone number.
The two guys working tonight were killing it! Came in for some late night treats for the whole family and they were completely on top of it. I've had so many bad experiences with service in the area lately but this was some of the best service I've experienced anywhere! Thanks for making this pregnany lady's night. ?
My family and I went on 8-18-21 a Sunday afternoon around 1ish. The store is small, not a well put together area for more than 2 groups at a time during the supposably end of covid- 19 pandemic. 3 lady's were working their hardest to help the 6 groups that slammed in behind my family. And instead to stuff the store like a can of sardines.What I notice was 2 employees were standing at the door way to the back just watching as this store went to hell in a handbag and gigglesat people. The 3 lady's were working so hard they started having audited with the customers. Plus one of the lady's was pregnant. The place was dirty and the icecream was uneasy. We were honestly scared to even eat the icecream.
Yummy. Service was great. Now if I could just limit myself to one scoop....

Was driving for doordash and accepted an order at 9:45 and got to the store at 9:50 but both doors were locked and the people inside wouldn’t come to the door or even look at me. At least decline/cancel the order if you’re gonna close early so I don’t wast my time and gas.
I really wish the lady working hear every day would have a day off! Her attitude is awful lately when it used to be awesome, You may want to consider paying her more money or get her more help.
All I can say is DO NOT go here at 9:45 PM before they close because they will absolutely make sure you know it’s not appreciated that you came there as they were trying to close the store.
Super friendly and helpful staff. And ice cream is delicious as always.
