Probably the best Thai restaurant in Puyallup; their new menu is a huge improvement and their staff was excellent. Do yourself a favor and order the Chinese Broccoli with Pork Belly — only place you'll find it in the area and it's worth it!
Great service: the fresh rolls with peanut sauce are perfectly light and delicious. I have never found a dish here I didn't thoroughly enjoy. Their 1 to 5 stars for spiciness are perfectly what I expect each time. Enjoy!
Used to be my favorite place to eat! Recently they changed their recipe for their curry, which now includes some kind of potato or eggplant and no more bamboo? Portion sizes also got a little smaller due to inflation/supply I'm guessing. Still decent but I miss the old recipe!
Ordered spring rolls and Thai tea. The spring rolls didn’t have much noodles, chicken and shrimp. Mostly all greens. iIt’s under a new management, my advice: make the food worth coming back too. The Thai tea was good. Hopefully when I go back the spring rolls will be fulfilling.
My husband and I recently got takeout from Bangkok Thai. It ruined my husband’s life for about two days. Let’s just say the toilet was his best friend during that time. The price for the portions was good, but the food was mediocre. We decided we would pay a little extra, drive a littler further, and go to Thai Pepper.
Nice Thai restaurant! Recently changed owners. Great awareness of needs for gluten free dining for someone with Celiac Disease. Really enjoyed our meal!
I went to Bangkok Thai today and had the yellow curry chicken and a seafood dish, and after almost finishing my meal, I discovered a fly in my yellow curry dish. I just wish I had seen the fly before eating the food. I guess flies can fly around and accidentally land in your food however, it still shouldn't happen. I would think the cook would see the fly in the food before serving or keep a cleaner area. I'm thankful I didn't eat the fly that contaminated my food, but who knows if there were more flies in my food that I didn't see and I ate it or them! Yuck! After coming home, and thinking about it, it just made me so sick because flies carry germs and disease. It is so sickening. I guess it's not the cook's fault but I think I will never return to Bangkok Thai again because I will always feel there might be a fly or something else that's not suppose to be in my food and it's a shame because I was happy with the service and the food is delicious.
The menu has been upgraded since I last stopped here. We had red Thai curry with beef and the Crying Tiger which is a flank steak with sticky rice. It was amazing. The server was first rate. Not a pretentious place but clean and well kept. It's about the food and the food was remarkable. One of my favorite places for Thai food.
Great food and amazing customer service! They have many gluten free options and are very knowledgeable about their menu. The new management has created a great customer experience!
My new favorite Thai restaurant! It's under new management now. The food is marvelous, and the service friendly and accommodating. You won't be disappointed!
