Line was a bit long but seemed to move fairly quick. Food was hot and fresh. Staff were very friendly ☺️
Tried the deluxe fish sandwich today. The fish was hot, had good flavor, and was a fair size. Hawaiian bun was tasty. Generous amount of tomatoes and lettuce. I would recommend this sandwich. Well done ?
Their 7pm closure time is terrible. I can’t even order door dash on my way home from work because it’s too close to closing time—-it was 6:20pm. Sometimes they close before 7pm too. I really love their food but I haven’t been able to eat there in a long time.
Always love Arby's the only downside was They Were Somehow out of curly fries other than that I've always loved Arby's
Its very good when they take your order. But this is the second time theyve just straight up ignored me while in the drive thru line. Just left. If its close to closing hours I guess they just get super busy?
Ordered French dip without cheese. They served it with cheese. Accidents happen. Manager met me at the door. I explained what happened. She seemed like she didn't care much. Took the old sandwich and gave me another one without cheese. Also without the extra meat we ordered. I won't be back anytime soon. I should have went elsewhere.
I went to go sit in their lobby, to wait for my food. The manager from behind the counter shouted, almost screaming, "Sir! Our lobby is NOT open to the public!" I was taken aback! I had my mask on, my vacc card on person. Yet I was treated like an inferior! There were employees taking a break within the "lobby" area, no masks or anything. Yet me, a paying customer was very unabashedly treated like an inferior!
Never had any issues at this Arby's. Orders were accurate and the employees were always friendly. Great tasting sandwiches.
Always good but they always give me the wrong sauce. I realize Arby's sauce and horsey sauce sound similar but even when I emphasize it and say NOT Horse radish sauce they still give me house radish sauce... it's frustrating cause it happens everytime.
Tired of the Arby’s sauce wars. In the past two weeks I ordered four sandwiches and asked for sauce. I received two packets. Seriously? Can you all not count? This was two different stores, two different times. If you cannot supply sauce, stop selling roast beef. I travel several miles to get your food. I am through buying from you. This disgusts me.
