Wendys is different. As a fast reataurant, they offer healthier food than most. They have a variety of menu. This wendy, in particular, has an incredible staff that you can trust. They trained their employees to handle customer complaints and provide satisfaction. Whenever, i am not happy with something, they ensure that my issues get resolved immediately. I would recommend this Wendy to anyone
Quality control here is horrible. Since 2020 I have never been able to get an order from here that wasn't either missing food or was the wrong food. I wouldn't mind as much if it also wasn't the slowest fast food place in town. Long wait and poor quality , name alone is all that seems to keep them in buisness. Wendys used to be my favorite fast food but not anymore. Until they get their act together, it's not even an option for my house.
Wendy's is one of the best fast food places around. Good burgers good fries. Unfortunately the one in Port Orchard is the slowest I have ever experienced. I've been to a lot of Wendy's throughout the years all along the west coast and this one is the slowest drive-thru I've ever seen. Someone should help the manager here. They miss a lot of business because people drive by due to the length of the line. Good luck
I mean the food was alright this time except for the fact that my Bacconator fries simply had a whole piece of bacon on it, any other time I've ordered those they come as shown on the photo provided by the Wendy's menu : Cut/chopped/ More like a bacon bit type deal. But instead just a whole piece of bacon thrown atop the cheese that lay on the fries. Some "bacconator" fries those were. :(
This establishment was doing pretty good considering it appeared they were short-handed orders were filled by one person which was also helping with drive-thru. That was pretty good and the food was as to be expected

UPDATE: recently (12-4-21) went through the drive thru. Had issues with reliability. They couldn't scan app for points or coupons. Food not up to par. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and got 2 NON-spicy chicken sandwiches. One was part of a combo. See pic of large fries attached. VERY disappointed. This branch of Wendys seems to be dropping quality lately.
I like the food and I feel sorry for the staff which is probably being really overworked, but I got food here last weekend and had to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru line. There just isn't a point in going to a fast food place if it's going to take that long. The frustrating thing is that the line wasn't even that long, and there wasn't really anything crazy happening that would excuse a long wait, it was just a normal Saturday night for them.
The hamburgers are always sloppily made, falling off the bun and by the time you get home with the burger, the bun is all soggy. Ýou can't go in to eat because of Covid, and that also means no public restrooms. Also, the fries are awful. It's like they don't change the grease or something. The other night I ordered fries and s when I reached in the bag to get a hot fry, they were deathly cold... not even warm. I called to talk to an employee, and there was no answer, just a machine after lengthy ringing that wouldn't allow me to even leave a message. So, I drove back and when I got there, a long line was out of the patting lot. I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get through the line. I was polite and told them my problem, and they happily replaced my fries with warm ones that tasted like old grease. Then, by the time I got home, of course, my burger's bun was completely soggy. I didn't even eat the burger and fries. There is one good thing about Wendy's and that is the freestyle Coca-Cola Gouna drinks. I was happy with that. So, I hate going to Wendy's and these are the reasons why. The only reason I went this day was to satisfy my mother's want for a burger there. I won't return again to eat, but I'll probably go back because of the fountain drinks and the concern of this store's location.
