[Update:]The General Manager reached out to me personally to make things right. She was very understanding and accommodating. I appreciate the concern that's given to dissatisfied customers! I visited this location again and the staff was nice and made my food correctly.[Previous review:]Been going to this location for awhile & never had any issue until today. Ordered a black bean crunchwrap and received one with beef instead. This would've been okay, except I don't eat red meat and haven't for years, so I wouldn't be surprised if my stomach gets upset later. Very sad about this mix-up :(
Food was messy. Poor quality and attention to detailUPDATE: I was very impressed after returning to the store. The general manager had reached out about my concerns. She received the feedback from my visit and requested that I return at a later date to witness the changes she was implementing. I returned today as she requested and gave them another shot. This location knocked it out of the ballpark this trip.The preparation quality has increased tenfold. The precautions taken for allergies are apparent and impressive. I will happily be returning to the store in the future and know my daughter will be safe eating here.

Taco Bell on Buckling hill was busy this evening. My order took a few extra minutes but the employee apologized for the wait. I got my order it was correct and also hot. The staff is Friendly.
I went inside to order & a worker who was preparing food with gloves on comes up to the counter takes my order , WITHOUT TAKING OFF HER GLOVES she wore while she was preparing food , Takes my order my cash gives me my change & then goes back to the line & starts preparing food again WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES . Needless to say I was disgusted . The employees neee better sanitary training . If one employee is doing it I wonder how many others do . So I caution ⚠️ you if you go to Taco Bell . Make sure you go inside and watch them make you food . Gross . ? ?

Taco Bell employee gave me the worst customer service they possibly could last night. The attitude was way over the top. Trying to force me to order right away and offering no courtesy or respect. It will be a long while if ever before I come back to this location.
Allen you rock! Thank you for doing your job to the fullest and being cheerful durning the hoildays I myself also do customer service yours was flawless. Definitely went beyond your duty at the port orchard Taco Bell. which we all know is hard to deal with. Merry Christmas and happy new year!
Long line but amazingly got thru quick great food not all greasy love the dorito tacos
40 minutes plus for 4 tacos is too long a wait. Poor customer service throughout. With one person waiting before me I placed my order at the order station. About 5 minutes later 4 customers came in after me. They all placed their orders at the register. No one acknowledged me. After they all received their orders I asked the worker about the status of my order. He found my order. I waited another 10 minutes before I asked for a refund.
