Staff at this location is almost put off by us being there on the couple different occasions that we've been there at lunch. Today, staff seemed annoyed that we had to ask separately for napkins and the key to the bathroom. I'd suggest going to one of the other Subways in town for customer service.
Very friendly staff that was ready and willing to make my sandwich and have it out the door within minutes the place was clean and tidy. They just brought out fresh baked cookies out of the oven the place smelled wonderful.
Normal Subway store. Food was good, veggies and bread fresh. I like Subway in general and would definitely return to this one.

I essentially asked for a breakfast sandwich hold the bread. The clerk was good with it and made exactly what I asked for. The manager continually chimed in being terrible to the clerk. The manager then charged me $12 for 2 eggs and some ham in a bowl. I will never be back to this location. Some people just aren't management material and with how desperate places are for staff right now, one would think staff would be treated better.
This is not necessarily aimed at the gal who was working today, but for a line out the door and having only one employee on? That’s not fair to her at all. She was very friendly and helped the best she could, her coworker finally came back from lunch and yelled quite loudly “Jes*s Chr*st!” Which that statement bugged me. Seemed very unprofessional. Now I am all for supporting over worked employees as I am one. But when I pay $15 for a protein bowl and some chips I would expect there to be some of the vegetables I asked for. I possibly received 5 leaves of spinach, and very light cucumbers, pickles, a couple pieces of green pepper etc. I hope they can get some more employees in there to help with the chaos.
I want to start this review off by stating that as a vaccinated individual I take the public health and safety of our community VERY serious. Unfortunately the staff working Sunday night Do Not. Upon opening the door the 2 females working were having a conversation. The one facing the door had a mask on but it was pulled down under her nose. Not wearing it properly. As I took my first step inside, the floor was drenched in water from the other employee moping. Noticing this I was focused on the floor and trying not to fall on the slippery surface as I was in heels and trying to reach in my bag for my mask at the same time. Mind you there was no caution/ wet floor sign anywhere. As I was focused on not falling with the very first step I took inside the employee whom was not even wearing her mask appropriately immediately and very rudely told me to put my mask on. I gratefully ablidged by stepping out and putting my ask on ASAP. I would like to be able to leave the review at that however that was not the end of the hypocritical and condecending attitude I recieved from this employee. Its a hard pill to swallow when an employee enforces "rules" or is willing to refuse service to a paying customer when they themselves are clearly not following them. Again the rest of the time spent there while waiting for my sandwhich was met with rude microaggressions. When I asked to use the restroom the same employee just looked at me and said you need a key....after a long awkward pause I said OK may I have it. The employee snapped back and told me the other employee had to give it to me. That was the end of the conversation and the End of my future Subway experience. Never again!

Placed an order for delivery while at work. My sandwich had no mayo, had a huge glob of mustard in one spot (which i asked for light mustard) barely any lettuce, only 2 pieces of onion on the whole sandwich, and pickles piled in one spot on the sandwich. I also orded 2 cookies only recieved 1. Called and complained and they tell me there is nothing they can do unless I bring my sandwich in! It was a delivery order and I was at work! Didn't offer to bring me another sandwich or my cookie i paid for! And told me they wouldn't bring me another when i asked! Worst customer service and sandwich makers ever!
