My boyfriend and I stopped in to get some food and Kai was not pleasant at all. She had a terrible attitude and did nothing but complain the entire time because we showed up 15 minutes before closing. I understand it can be frustrating but you’re in customer service. She then proceeded to complain about having worked their for 3 years and can’t stand the food and tried to talk us out of our food. The sandwiches came out awful and hardly what we asked for. We will not be going to this location anymore if this is the type of service we’re going to get. I’m very disgusted with the service we received tonight.
Subway is a classic sandwich shop. This specific subway is clean and looks to be well managed.

Does not open on time.
There was a good wait due to short staff but the sandwich artist did his best to try to satisfy every order as it came through. Not a very cheerful visit but I can understand the stress they must be feeling. Will hope for a better experience next time but the food was great and fresh.

I've been ordering sandwiches at this location for years.. I don't know what happened but whoever is putting these sandwiches together right now is doing a phenomenal job and deserves a raise.
