Menu was not up to date so when I arrived after pre-ordering through the app, they did not have one of my items. Refunded it in cash. The other item was handed to me with napkins and a fork, but no bag. I guess she expected me to drive and corral it all in one hand. She did give me a bag after I requested it, but usually my other Starbucks just has it all bagged up. She was not unfriendly.

Is there anyone that could update their hours to accurately reflect when they open? I’ve been at 5:30am two days in a row now and no one was there. Their app even let me place a mobile order.
Went here for a tall cold brew... got nothing but ice in my cup pretty much. It was completely filled. Not happy when I'm just trying to go to work at 4 in the morning. Never coming back, and I loved Starbucks. So disappointed.
I love this starbucks as this one seems to be more quality and has a small tiny view of the water.
I am both a partner/employee and regular customer. I love everything about this place. Good food and drink, and mostly cool people.
I never ever leave reviews for anything but, wow. I stopped there at around 5:30 this morning to get my morning cold brew and the person at the drive through made my morning. She was very happy and super friendly- just really made the beginning of my morning great! I know people everywhere in food/retail are hurting right now but y’all are great! Thank you!
It's Starbucks please for the rest of us just order ahead. Use the damn app.
