The food is usually very good, especially since they updated their menu after covid. However wait times are horrendous. You can expect to wait at least an hour or more for your food. But once you finally get it, it’s very good.
We stopped in for a special treat, 4 amazing pie shakes! Unfortunately after ordering to go and waiting for a full hour we received: a slice of pie mashed into the bottom of a small (12 oz) cup, half a scoop of ice cream, and whipped cream. Not blended, with water straws. It was so frustrating that I wouldn't even try again to reason with them.
The food was good but them portions are a joke, you might as well just order from the petite meal section there is no difference. I even asked the manager why I got the petite porions when I ordered the full sides meal and she just said it's supposed to be bigger. But it definitely was not my porions where smaller then the two other people I was eating with who ordered the petite meal. If you want more chicken or fish is basically the only difference. Don't waste your money on the full meal it's just a joke.
Miss Leslie made our day, we had to put our dog down last night and we came in for late breakfast and all we could was laugh. Our waitress was so funny and down to earth, the order was perfect and the experience was so nice after a rough night. Thank you you miss Leslie, the company is very lucky to have you. ?

Do not waste your time or money here.We called a to go order on Mother’s Day and we’re quoted 20-25 minutes. Our food took an hour and a half. After waiting 45 minutes with 3 small children in the car, we asked for a refund. The manager explained they can’t give refunds and to call corporate. What terrible customer service. Oh but she did offer us a free pie. I’m sorry but a free pie doesn’t make up for waiting for 2 meals & 2 waffles for 120 minutes. That is crazy.On top of waiting for our food (because we couldn’t receive a refund) we brought our sons waffles home and had to stick them in the air fryer because they were so soggy. Yuck!We are never wasting our time with Sherri’s again.
Our server was WONDERFUL Unfortunately several people in our group had cold food when our plates arrived. The rice is not gluten free because there is flour added. The only gluten free option was pancakes. My friend ordered fish and chips, and the fish was so greasy she couldn't eat it. We asked for melted butter and what we received was softened, not actually melted. I've had better meals at Shari's than this.
I have to say that my most recent visit at Shari's was probably one of the best, if not the best, service wise I've ever experienced. The food took a little longer than usual but that was fine, it was piping hot when we did receive it. The drinks (strawberry lemonade and peach ice tea) were perfect. We had a group of 3 adults and 2 children, one of which was being completely unruly, but the waitress was amazing! She kept up with my other halves antics joking around, she didn't bat an eye at my son's grumpiness and she was super sweet. If you want to expirence the best waitress around go there on a Saturday evening and cross your fingers!!
It's a diner, with diner food that you love because you spent many a late night there drinking coffee and doing paperwork. (Or recovering from whatever you did earlier that night!) Either way, take a seat, get a cuppa' coffee and a slice of pie!
The place was great! They let us In just as there closing! And they fed my buddy and I! Waitress was extra nice!! The food was great!! All around good place to eat!
