I ordered a gluten free crust, they cooked it and gave it to me. I ate 2 pieces before the server came over and told me "oops, sorry that's not gluten free" I had an allergic reaction for 2 days before it was out of my system. Fμ€|{ing aweful.
We ordered pizza last night and on the phone we waited 10 minutes to put our order in. Then they told us 30-40 minutes until our pizza is ready. We arrive 40 minutes later pizza is not ready. Waited another 30 minutes……someone was in the restaurant and said they have been waiting an hour. All the tables in the restaurant were not bussed. The delivery guy comes in and helps, answers the phone then starts making pizzas without washing his hands! I walked out, I was grossed out. It doesn’t matter how busy you are and I don’t mind waiting for pizzas. But wash your HANDS before making food.
Pretty sad about my order. I head Seabeck was the place to go so I used my lunch break to check it out. The cashier was extremely friendly, helping through the menu, giving recommendations, etc. My issue was that I CANNOT have mushrooms and made sure to order my slices without mushrooms. After returning to my office, I went to eat my pizza but noticed a mushroom. Upon further inspection, there was mushrooms completely baked under the cheese. I'm really glad that I had noticed and checked...What if I hadn't? I am now back at the office for a few more hours and I am unable to leave to go and get my dinner. I'm willing to try again, though I am disappointed.
Pizza is great, but in the hour we were there, every table in the place was left uncleaned from previous diners (we cleaned our own table). Place wasn't busy, one table had customers, and us.Shame..
Before I write the post, I want to point out that I realize times are tough, staff is hard to find, and so are products. That being said, I had a very unsatisfactory lunch here today. The lunch pizza is different from when you order a full pizza. My understanding is that pizza by the slice is typically ready, and perhaps it would have been, but I deviated from the menu, so it took a little extra time. The pizza itself was lackluster, and it clearly had been reheated from who knows when. It tasted like airy dough. Even Costco pizza had this lunch special beat by a mile at a fraction of the cost. The salad was good, but I'd appreciate a house ranch and not a mass-produced packet.
Seabeck has great tasting pizza, but the business is not run well. They have messed up our order so many times, it's almost comical at this point. And if they tell you your order will be ready in 30 minutes, always add at least an extra 30 minutes on top of that, because you'll waste so much time waiting around in their store. If their pizza wasn't so good, we'd never go back...but unfortunately we do really like their pizza...pizza 5 stars, customer service 1 star.
Best pizza in Kitsap County. Delivery times are a little long, but that is due to being a small business. We always do the home bake that way it is nice and hot at home. The dine in portion of the restaurant is small, but feels like a pizza parlor for back in the day. Restaurant is clean and staff is really nice and helpful.
The pizza taste great but regularly they do not answer the phones or are closed during what should be their normal business hours. Definitely give them a try if you can get a pizza ordered. Hope they hire more staff soon.
The atmosphere was that of disorganization. Manager and an employee were not wearing masks. I've been here many times before and was always very happy but this last visit was certainly lacking. I hope this will not be a common theme. My family and I love coming here.
Really good local pizza place. Foozball helps tolerate the long wait time (that's the one star taken off). Once the pie arrives, you forgive them for the wait.I'm a fan of the thin crust option. But it's all good here.
