The pizza tasted like it was leftover pizza. The dough was flat with very little sauce. The cheese felt like rubber. The cheese breadsticks had the same texture. Improve the quality of your food
If I could give less stars I would. I was craving some good pepperoni pizza, it got here and looked like cardboard pizza, tasted terrible and was way over cooked. This is the last time we'll order from here. The last time they were over 2 hours late deliveri g because they delivered to the wrong house!
January 11, 2022, 4:44pm. This is the day we received the two best thin crust pizzas EVER from any pizza restaurant. Considering it was made by the lone employee at the Port Orchard store, who was juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and still managed to keep her cool under pressure, this is quite the accomplishment. I wish I knew her name. She not only deserves a substantial raise, her management team better support her or risk losing this essential worker. From now on, we wait to order only when she’s on duty!
Horrible!! Their pizza tastes like burnt wet hard to chew dough. They must have gotten something wrong. This is nothing like a real pizza hut pizza. This must be some sort of knock off, the sause looked watered down like someone used red water. Nearly 3 inches of crust all around the pizza. It is like I paid for bread that was made wrong. Thinner crust but my jaw down right hurts from eating 2 pieces. Which were pretty much only crust. They made 2 other pizzas completely wrong. I don't even know how this place is still in business. Especially with the snobby lady bossing everyone around. I dont even want to go back because her energy was just, blah, moody and BAD.
Whatever you did to the cheese in the crust. Change it back. It was trash. It was straight liquid and gritty.
Pizza hut got my previous order a little bit wrong and when I called to tell them they were very helpful in getting things corrected. I appreciate that.
Horrible rude service. I'm shocked how awful they were and floor was filthy. Also, messed up the order on two of the pizza would only give me a credit. I don't want to eat there anymore why would I want a credit. And it doesn't even taste like pizza hut, taste horrible.
All the food I ordered was good tasting. The delivery was easy to track and fast. The driver was very friendly and professional. Over all this is what I would like anytime I order food.
Placing the order and delivery was great. But I ordered a few months ago, my food tasted sour. Decided to give you guys another shot, and my son found two hairs... baked UNDER the toppings. I'm done.
My delivery was not good on the weekend. I had it in 20 minutrs but It looked like a reheated overcooked pizza. I think i got crispy vs hand tossed crust. This is the first time I have ever complained. I will need to get a great delivery next time.
