Got a text saying pizza was on its way. 45 minutes later it still hadn't arrived. Called the store they told me it was just coming out of the oven. The young man didn't really seem to to care that I hadn't received my pizza 45 after the text said it was on its way. I live maybe 3 minutes away. Very dissatisfied with his attitude. He blamed it on corporate and didn't even offer an apology.
It’s normally good but I ordered 3 pizzas and one was still raw and doughy underneath… first pic is the raw one. Never gonna eat here again and I was a loyal customer
Called for a carryout order of one pizza and the said that they are closed at 5 pm ........ seriously sad customer service

Pizza is good but staff is undermanned. Order times are not accurate. Honestly not worth waiting an additional 20mins for a $12 pizza.
Had a good experience when we picked up before but ordering for delivery today was a joke. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes to get our order. The wings were luke warm and barely sauced. Pretty disappointed.
Went in tonight to pickup some pizza and HOLY COW it was spotless and smelled amazing in this place. I was floored by how clean they had it for it being busy dinner time and the staff was super friendly too. 10/10 will be back!
Excellent pizza. However, customer relations was sadly lacking. The employees behind the counter couldn't muster a smile or even a greeting when I entered the store to pick up my pre ordered pizza.I just handed them my cash, got the pizza, and walked out the door. It was if I didn't exist.Great pizza; but sadly lacking in personality. :-(
