The employees this morning were super kind. I'm having a rough day today, and the cashier could tell and said "I'm sorry to ask, but are you ok?" All I could do was shake my head no. So, she said that she's sorry, and asked if a buzz lightyear toy would make it a little better. I did a weird giggle sob thing, and nodded. It might be a cheap toy, but the thought behind it meant a lot to me. And they each made sure to wish me a better day, etc. Who knows, maybe their customer service is just on point, or what not. Whatever the case, it did make my day ❤️

I would never Grubhub MCDONALD'S ever.There was the door dash guy he delivered food and he gave it to me I never or order any food.then 15mins later GrubHub guy came back to my house and wanted it all back and it is illegal to do that then he said that's for few houses down from me Grubhub people can not also show up back at your house.
came in for breakfast on my way to work. everything was cold and stale and the worker jermey suggested I come in earlier for it to be fresh. that's disgusting that I have to request EGGS be made fresh. my burritos shells were hard and the eggs were hard and rubbery. I'd like a call from Mike Hoffman the GM because Jeremy informed me that alot of people make fake complaints and I feel like he accused me of doing that. I offered to bring in my nasty food tomorrow as I am headed to work and he said that its only same day stuff he can doll. this crew needs to learn some manners I've worked as a general manager for many restaurants and am baffled with how I was treated today
First I visited the restroom which was very clean and stocked, then decided to use drive thru and got fast service and fresh food. The lady at the window was almost too friendly lol but Port Orchard is that way so grabbed my food and feasted!

This is one of the best McDonalds around. The friendly, hard working employees serve the food fast and fresh. There is always a manager up front working right along with them which is great. Everyone works well together and seem to enjoy their jobs. Thank you to all of you for working during the pandemic.
Kid wanted a certain toy that was on the website and menu, drove away from the drive thru and kid quickly became upset when the toy advertised wasn’t the one in the box.. I called and asked why this was and when they were going to get the correct toy in and all they told me was “I don’t know”.. I asked if I could come back and return it when they correct toy was back and they didn’t have an answer for that either. 2 starts because the actual worker bees were nice but false advertising and upset kid is a disappointment..should have been warned from the start that we were not going to get what we drove all the way to McDonald’s for in the first place..
The service was friendly and fast but the food was terrible. We ordered mcchicken's and mcdoubles and they didn't taste right. Maybe the recipe has changed? Waste of money.
Have to drive all the way to the other side of the water for a decent McDonald's?? Seems that way, friendly drive thru staff even assisted with the new Washington joke of a law with straws... I'd stop here again.
