Yes, I know not to expect much when you go to a fastfood place. But this McDonald's is pathetic. I attempted to use some points last week and there was an issue. My app said one thing and their computer said another. Instead of trying to figure it out, the young female employee popped attitude and said "Theirs nothing I can do". Another employee got on the prompter and actually worked with me to resolve the issue. The first employee needs to be working fries or something because she was as pleasant as a cactus and as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Today there was an issue with order taking so instead of putting up a sign or something, they just ignored those who tried ordering. Like I said it's fastfood, but this place just downright sucks. Last time we'll be visiting.
Pretty frustrated with our service this morning, ordered 4 McMuffins and got biscuits instead, went back to fix the problem, and the manager didn’t even talk to us, felt really bad cause the poor dude at the register had to ask for our messed up order back just to throw it away like we were tryna trick them???? We get the same thing Everytime we go so it was all just frustrating. Then the egg in the middle of the sandwiches was raw cause they rushed the whole thing. Obviously u can’t expect high quality from a McDonald’s but it was pretty ridiculous. Props to the workers I know mistakes happen but the manager was pretty ridiculous.

Manager went above and beyond when my kid only got 3 chicken nuggets and not the 4. He brought me a fresh 4. What a guy
I ordered 4 large coffees. When I got home I realized that what I got was 4 medium coffees in large cups. Very disappointing. Not the first time that this has happened at this location. I expect my coffee to be filled within a half inch of the rim. Not a inch and a half below!!!!!This is just laziness that causes problems like this.
My Husband and I went in to get breakfast. We tried to order from the kiosk, but I couldn't get my sandwich with just egg and cheese (no meat). So, we tried to order from the front cash register and a one of the employees told us to order from the kiosk because it's "easier". We said that we already tried and why we couldn't. The then she got really snotty with us and barked at us about how it gonna be a few minutes. There was maybe 2 cars in the drive through and we were the only dine in customers. It wasn't even that busy. You need to work on your customer service.
Friendly and efficient! Even gave us a free shake when they accidentally made one extra. Very kind.
Apparently they have problems with the app. I waited almost a half hour until I flagged someone down to see what the problem was. She said it never showed up on the screen.
This is probably the best McDonalds i've ever dealt with, the workers are courteous, and friendly, and they always manage to get the orders right, something that proves a bit to tough for some of the other fast food places in town!
