Absolutely horrible. It's so unsanitary. It looks like it hasn't been clean in years. Took 20 minutes for a CHEESE pizza. When I walked in their was nobody doing their job. They were in the back listening to music and eating pizza. It seems like its just a bunch of people having 0 idea what they are doing. There was no fire extinguisher where is was supposed to be. That is concerning because if there was a fire, what would they use...
Made an online order...messed up the entire order. Had to wait another 30 min for it to be made. This isn't the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time. This location needs to get a better manager or something!
"mailbox is full" ...last year I had to drive across town because I tried for an hour to get through, when I got in there the phone was sitting on the counter off the base. Tonight I was put on an endless hold and haven't been able to get through over the last hour. Can't believe some people are fortunate enough to own a business but treat their customers like this...
Never hot and ready. Ordered ahead of time and I still had to wait 15 minutes. Also always out of stuff I want to order. Seems poorly managed. Staff always seems stressed out but still very friendly.
they delete bad reviews so they don't look bad my lady put up 2 reviews last week heres mine I called for 2 hrs tryna see if they were open before I came in because they were understaffed cuz I'm very ill after I came in I watched him hang the phone up on calls right in front of me. haha
I have ordered online to this store twice. Both say ready 15-20 min when ordering ASAP. After showing up after 20 min I had to wait 45 min for the first then over an hour for the second order. This was before staffing shortages and pandemic issues, so I can only imagine what it would be like now.
Don’t believe the “hot & ready” advertisements cause this store location almost never has pizza ready. 4th visit in a row they fail to live up to that advertised claim.
Will not come back to this place. I gave it one star because they did not have a zero. Waited on hold for 25 minutes. Finnally had to drive there and place order. What a joke. Employees thought it was funny. Too bad companies don't take a little bit more pride in there business
Love the pizza locker for ease of pick up. Decent pizza, good prices. Much improved from 1995.
I ordered a pizza with Canadian bacon, mushrooms and black olives when I got the pizza it had VERY FEW mushrooms and mainly on one side same with the black olives, thought there were more black olives then mushrooms very disappointed
