I had ordered the #7 chicken sandwich meal. It was anything but a meal. The side of macaroni was luke warm. The side of Cole slaw wasn’t very cold. Fries were stale & not hot, had probably been sitting for an hour. The only hot thing was my sandwich. Seeing as how none of the food for the sides were up to temp as they should be, I can only imagine the foodborne illnesses that are breeding within that building. No napkins. I live out of town and am in town for work, so I was looking for a quick, hot meal. I was completely dissatisfied in my $10 meal. It was a complete waste of money.I wouldn’t even give it a whole star but it won’t let me give half.
Seriously the slowest KFC I have ever been to. Nobody moves with any urgency, multiple workers on bathroom breaks checking their phones. not helpful at all. I was told my order would be "a long time" with no clarification when I asked about how long. nobody came out to say anything to the room full of people waiting. it was a sad display of any sort of management.
The Chicken was very dry.The Mac m cheese was good.The fries were hard and very very salty.They did seem kinda grumpy but they were pretty busy so i get it.My order took 20 minutes longer than what I was told.The nice part is they did bring it to me in my car as I was parked in the lot since i had to wait a while and my baby was getting very fussy. * I ordered on the app and usually you have to go inside to get it* so that was very nice of them.
Disgusting! Go inside and you'll be greeted with a huge swarm of flies flying around the restaurant. This is the most disgusting place I've seen in a restaurant. It needs to be cleaned badly. Super unsanitary. The employees don't care to help you at all in fact you probably would stand in line for a half hour before anyone even noticed your there. I would never eat here just based on the unsanitary conditions but recently I've been in to get a friend's order and yuckk....!!!!!
Terrible experience. The staff didnt even acknowledge me. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting while they frantically made food in the back and chatted about getting energy drinks on their break. The dining area was filthy, and there were flies as well. Never going to this dump again.
gross.... waited inside for half an hour. wasn't even noticed. along with several other people. flies everywhere. unsanitary.
I should have only given it 3 stars, but the customer service and employees are some of the best around. Izzy is top notch, and will listen and act on your concerns.The problem I have is with the super long waits. Okay hey needs a steady stream of good employees. Sometimes the chicken is not the best. But overall, they are well worth your time.
Was a bit disappointed with the Famous Bowl. No corn, and the chicken was scarce and not tender. Guess it's not a good idea to go right before they close ?
It was okay the online order I placed took longer then was stated online. But it wasn't due to the staff they were under staffed and worked as fast as they could.
Food is there every time, never missing food. Quality is good considering it's a fast food joint. Hailea at the window provided a hilarious experience, very casual and low-pressure during ordering. I'll recommend this store over the Silverdale location any day of the week.
