I am a regular I go to Jimmy John's a lot. I am super nice to all the staff and best friends with a few co workers. Yesterday I came across a Facebook post of a employee that goes by the name Eli or Elijah that made threats towards me and said I was rude and hurtful everytime I came in there and that he almost had to get a restraining order on me. That is a huge lie. Everyone there and those cameras can see I am a nice person and only say hi to the staff in a respectful manner. Now I don't feel safe to go there anymore and hurt that a employee that does not know me at all is making threats on social media. The rest of the staff is amazing but I will be taking legal action for this other person and I sincerely apologize that I will no longer be coming to Jimmy John's. I hope other customers do not have the same issue with this employee and if they do best of luck.
Asked for napkins, mayo and mustard did not receive that and then was told upon arrival that the driver didn’t have change for my order. AND my cookie was stale.
I’m really bummed to make this review as I have had good experiences there with customer service, but it just seems like the workers don’t care anymore.. I have had this happen now 3 times where my sandwich was made wrong causing me to be quite sick. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance that is quite severe and I make it known right away, and then repeat it a couple more times due to the upset these ingredients cause my body. I have thrown away 2 sandwiches from this location after telling the staff 3 times I cannot have any cheese or gluten hence the lettuce wrap. It even said “no cheese” “on a lettuce wrap” on the receipt and still I had cheese added to my sandwich. Today, was my last time I will be going to this location due to it happening again. I understand forgetting to a point… I suppose, but when it’s verbally repeated 3 times and then also written on the receipt and still there’s cheese added? That’s unacceptable and seems downright negligent. I went back to the store and had to explain that Panko bread crumbs is bread.. and has gluten in it, hence why I asked for NO BREAD and then had to explain that Parmesan is also cheese.. and I can’t have any cheese due to my severe intolerance. I would have thought the workers there knew that saying no bread or cheese meant just that. So disappointed.
I like Jimmy John's sandwiches but today and the past few times I got food from there, it was not exactly what I ordered. I'm not a petty person and I'm done complaining about the mistakes. I dont understand why the order is not followed. Probably am done with JJ.
Fast and still accurate. The one time they weren’t able to instantly produce our order (waiting for some things to prep) they gave us a soda on the house. Never had a line here.
Husband and I went to get sandwiches here and they said they were out of bread but when we got to the window, they were pulling fresh bread from the oven. We had to order those lettuce wrap things and on top of getting no tomatoes when I asked for them, one whole cucumber slice, and a pitiful amount of dressing, they STUFFED the middle with more lettuce and I only got one slice of ham, turkey, and cheese. If I wanted to pay $9 for lettuce I'd have gone to the store. On top of it all they took forever.
Friend staff, great sandwich served quickly by courteous staff. I recommend it, but be ready to spend some cash. Their sandwiches are priced too high, but they satisfy my craving for a hoagie when I want one.
After a terrible night of treating myself to a dinner that turned out to be terrible.I decided to have Jimmy John's delivered and she was the most sweetest person on the phone the fastest service and the delivery driver was very nice.very pleased and I will be coming back!!!!The sandwich, Turkey Tom hit the spot!!

DONT EXPECT GREAT SERVICE,, DON'T EXCEPT FAST DELIVERY, DON'T EVEN EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO BE CORRECT.. Ordered through app, delivery came 40 minutes after they said it would. They always forget mustard packets even after I remind them in the notes section. There was barely any ham on the ham lil John that I ordered. Tried calling the store to clear it up with a manager and was put on hold for over 20 minutes before they hung up on me. Called back and asked again and they put me on hold again. I hung up after a few minutes. I've worked at Jimmy johns before (for the same owner!) I know how it should be done and this was ridiculous.
