Partner and I stopped by in the wee hours due to having a milkshake craving in the wee hours. Service was polite, prompt, and accurate. I saw popcorn chicken and got it on a whim since I haven't been to Jack's in years. The shakes were fine; the fries went direct to my trashcan, and the popcorn chicken was subpar even for standard reconstituted stuff. Felt sick afterwards and NOT in any way that suggested preparation issues.All props to the folks working here, but great service can't rescue bad ingredients & recipes.
Not happy at all with the service. Went through the drive thru, ordered jalapeno poppers. Was told okay and to come around. Waited 15 minutes inline behind two other cars and when we got to the window, only then was I told, not so nicely and loudly, by a guy not working the drive thru, "I said we didn't have poppers!" In all fairness he may have been talking to the woman working the window but either way, he was rude, I was mad for having my time wasted and I am not happy that I didn't get my poppers after sitting in that line for so long.
Tried the Mini tacos. both the Loaded mini tacos and the Nacho flavor. Tasted better mixed both together. if you ask me. but still really good. my kids loved them!
Customer service gets short with you when you ask them questions about the meal. And on top of that they dont know what comes with their platter meals. Only go there if you like neing treated like that.
This Jack in the Box (JIB) is conveniently located and JIB has some of my favorite fast food. The staff is fast, friendly, and professional. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. I highly recommend it.

Port Orchard Jack in the Box has stepped up there game and has been serving up excellent food the last couple of my visits. Keep up the excellent work you are doing great.
Me and roommate put in a decent size order. Was expecting it to be a little pricey. Not $80 tho. Went to Subway instead. More food and $32 price.
Unbelievable that this place doesn’t get shut down, I have had the worst experiences at this place will never return. On average 15 to 20 minutes waiting for 1 breakfast sandwich, this is also with no other customers in line at drive thru.
The fries were in edible and they didn't hear the entire order. Only recieved 4/5 sandwiches and then didn't answer the phone..
