I placed an order and entered all pertenant information. I noticed on the dominoes tracker that the driver entered my mobile home park and then left. It then said my order was cancelled. I called and they informed me that they didn't have my unit number. I informed the girl that I had provided that information on the website. She then informed me again that they didn't have that information. Out of nowhere a young man came on the line and coldly informed me of the same thing 3 times in a row. What happened to customer service. Just bring me my friggin pizza. I work in a warehouse and the customer is always right in my eyes. I guess I'm the only one. I'm done with Dominoes. Btw I tipped the driver heavily. It's not their fault the website, csr, and shift manager are garbage. Do better. Really.
My mother had called this store because their app was not working some guy named James who claims to be a supervisor poor attitude no customer service abilities whatsoever poorly represents the Domino's brand and tells long-standing customers not to call the store again very arrogant and condescending personally if I own that store people like that would not be working there I can only hope those above him will deal with the situation
Daughter got screamed at by an elderly employee with gray hair and beard over a coupon, then was screamed at again over a mistake made by same employee, who accused them of eating the food before returning it to get it fixed (they brought it back as soon as they noticed the mistake). When she left, the same employee then started talking badly about, and calling my daughter stupid loudly enough for the customers in the lobby to hear (she’s friends with one of the customers who heard it). We don’t normally go to this domino’s, but she was visiting a friend, and we were appalled at the unprofessional behavior by someone old enough to know how to treat customers. We’ve contacted customer support, but wanted to leave a public review to let people know the employees here abuse customers
We order Dominos quite often and I have to say Miles is one of the best delivery drivers we’ve had. Sadly more this day in age do you see many respecting their job and genuinely caring to do their best. I’ll recommend this location even more now with people like him- being polite, honest and caring about his duties with a great attitude. Hats off to Miles, a breed that’s becoming more rare these days. A true asset to any company and worthy of a raise.
I love Domino's Pizza on Sedgwick in Port Orchard.The crew are always kind, polite and a pleasure to watch.I will continue to use my neighborhood Domino's Pizza.
Is it the best pizza ever? No. Does it satiate the unyielding appetite of teenagers on a Friday night for a family movie night? Yes? The ravenous eating machines are not picky when it comes to pizza, so this is perfect economic choice. Are the employees efficient, accurate, and courteous? Absolutely! The App make it easy to order, pay, and pick up with out all sorts of standing around their lobby taking up their precious time. It lets you know what stage in the process your order is in. And when to come pick it up, or who the delivery driver is when they are running it to your abode.

I ordered for delivery 2 medium pizzas and a brownie and got charged $60.00. That is outrageous! I will NEVER order from Dominos again!
Pizza is almost always done when they say it will be done and is always hot when I go to pick it up. Plenty of parking as well as a drive thru service window.
