they messed up my pizza but like, still got both the messup and the good one lol
all the workers i’ve spoken to have been nice and understanding. sometimes things take a little more time and there’s a bit of misunderstanding, but they always correct their mistakes and apologise profusely. even with rushes and mix-ups, they try their best to be as quick and efficient as they can and answer any questions to the best of their abilities. remember that the workers are also people and not robots!the food is always nice and hot and tastes wonderful. they also have a nice array of coupons that are always nice to use and gets you more bang for your buck. my partner and i order from them often and definitely recommend them for a pizza or lazy night. :)
It's fine. The pizza tracker is great and pizza is always hot. Taste is average and if you use coupons, price is decent

Literally all my food was burnt. When I arrived someone was there waiting and I asked her if she’d been helped so I didn’t cut her in line. She she she’d been waiting despite having the dominos tracker tell her it was ready 30 minutes ago. The man working couldn’t give her an estimated time for her food to be done and his excuse was “we have like 20 orders right now”. He then gave me mine after about 3 minutes but obviously never “quality checked” it like they say they do. They did give me a refund but they knew it was burnt and should’ve never sent that food out.

Various family members have been customers of the Lund Ave Domino's for over a decade now, and I cannot think of a time where we had any issues. Obviously, nobody is perfect, and surely there have been complaints. Not from us, though. Great customer service and food is always great! Thanks so much!
Today we ordered 3 pizzas at 4:30 pm to be delivered at 6 pm. We finally called at 6:27 pm for a status. The phone was answered and placed on the counter (we could hear voices).When we finally talked to the person on the desk she blamed it on Papa John’s and there was nothing she could do. Not only was the pizza very late, it was cold. The customer service was very poor. I find it hard to believe nothing could be done and I would appreciate a response.
Late night cravings foufilled here, bunch of hard workers at this joint. I've seen many a lazy pizza stand but the Jackson and Lund domino's keeps it tight.
We made an order to be delivered. It arrived in due time, the driver was polite and nice. We ate our salads first, and the cherry tomatoes that came with my salad tasted very acerbic and the skins were tough and stiff. When my friend had her first piece of pizza, the middle of the chunk of sausage was bright red. Sausage is pork, and raw pork can give you trichinosis, among other things. My friend and I are both immunocompromised and that can make us fatally ill. Pay attention to cooking times and make sure your products are properly prepared. Those mistakes can kill!
