The Burger King at 1480 Olney Ave SE, Port Orchard has the rudest and most unprofessional staff needs to be shut down until the staff and manager are re-trained on the proper etiquette for customer service. Everybody avoid of this location.

They forgot several items of our order. Then when I walked in to request these items. They told me I wasn't my wife who was driving. Then when I stared at this person a second. They latterly stole the items from the outgoing drive thu order. Then give them to me. And allow the DT driver to leave with an incomplete order. Then as I finish up with another person who's the manager I open the door for the DT person that was just shorted
I went there at 10 am and asked for chicken nuggets they told me they are only serving breakfast. I told them that burger king served breakfast as well as lunch at all hours per their policy. She replied with (well I dont) in a very rude manner. They also had an employee in the back making food while holding a baby which is very unsafe. Unacceptable.
It is not that hard to read an order and put it together yet this Burger King can't seem to figure it out.
Worst BK ever. This is their Bacon King. Was charged individually for items instead of for meals. Kids meal didn’t come with a toy. And they only fill their fries half way up. Also, calling them about it does no good. They could care less. Also, food was cold.
I have been to this Burger King few times now and it amazes me how they can mess up orders consistently. Whether it be the wrong burger or the wrong size they just can’t stop messing up. It just reminds me why I don’t go to Burger King anymore. For instance today I go in and order a LARGE onion ring and chicken fries. Well they got the chicken fries correct. And well they got the onion container correct. What they didn’t get correct is actually filling the onion container. I highly recommend against the restaurant and I doubt I’ll ever go here again.
Would give 0 this last visit if I could've, I get sometimes not everything is perfect and I've never had a complaint here before, but the whoppers were cold the fries were not only cold they didn't even seem like they were thawed all the way. And the one that I ate tastes like old grease. My opinion rings were ok, the service is good. Just terrible food that last time.
Never in my life have i had been rushed so fast in my life. Clayton was at drive threw and told me he couldn’t split half card and cash which made my purchase difficult but was so ready to be done that he forgot our drinks. We waiting for 4 minutes until he finally realized we were still their. I don’t know if you guys need long breaks but whatever it is give it to them because customer service SUCKED.
My boyfriend and I went here for a late lunch. I had a coupon for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries. I also ordered a whopper and one of your new party melts. I also ordered two chocolate shakes and a big fish. Well the guy told us to drive around the corner and he'd deliver the shakes. We only received two chicken, one whopper, and one patty melt. It wasn't even toasted. It was disgustingly greasy. We waited for ten minutes and the guy never brought our shakes. bf had to bang on the door. We also didn't get the fish sandwich.
