I was the first customer of the day as I pulled into the drive-thru at 6:31 am to pick up my mobile order. Employees moving around inside definitely saw I was there but didn't acknowledge me until 6:48 am. I finally received my order at 7:00 am. This particular store always seems to have problems but this was ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I was the FIRST customer, several cars behind me just gave up and left. If I go back to Wendy's it will not be to this location.
Normally, I adore this location. But they’ve been slipping a lot lately. Tonight my husband placed a to-go order thru the app while in the restaurant. He ordered a chicken Caesar salad for himself and a taco salad for me. They never let him know his order was ready so it sat on the counter until he went up and asked about it. Got home and realized he didn’t get the fries he ordered, his salad was sans chicken, and my salad was without chips and chili. Essentially we got two orders of lettuce. Due to time constraints, we can’t return tonight. Sad.
I used to think that Wendy's made really good salads, but they are not as good and they are smaller. Not worth the price! My sons enjoyed their hamburgers though. One of them said that the fries were as good as McDonald's fries, but not better.
Running late to work so had to stop and get a salad (Apple Pecan) as you can see the cheese in that salad it’s green ? mold ?
Had a super long line in the drive thru but their attitudes were still fantastic when I got to the window and they got my order correct. Well done.
Waited 20 minutes for breakfast in the drive through. Would have gone in but the dine in was closed for some reason, maybe Covid? who knows? There were at least six or seven employees in the restaurant. Half of them were sitting down eating, maybe on break. The point stands: It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get two sandwiches when there are more people in the restaurant than cars in the drive through. And I know it’s minimum wage, but the employees were not very friendly at all.
Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. None of the employees even looked over to aknowledge that I was standing there waiting to order. In that length of time I came to the conclusion that their menu looked like hot diarrhea in a Dixie cup
Love this place at Pasco Rd68 the place is always so clean your food doesn't take so long even if the have a long line outside in drive through. You can eat in but you have to wear your mask going in. Thank you I enjoy sitting down to eat my food.. Food is warm and fresh made Thank you .The bathrooms are clean Thank you..Thank you for your hard work and keeping Wendy's going.God bless and keep shinning.
This is one of the very worst places you can get food from I showed up at 5:00 at night and the lights in the lobby are off and if you go through their drive-thru for a delivery service they make you come in two employees were taking naps in the lobby. I don't know what kind of business this is but I'm going to send a message to corporate to let them know that Wendy's employees are nappy.
Really good service and food. Fries are guaranteed to be warm and tasty and they usually are. So glad there’s a location by my house in Pasco. Ordering and picking up using the app was easy and convenient, as you can run in and grab it or use the drive thru if you’re a lazy bast….
