This place started out really tasty with tender and crispy chicken. But nearly everytime we went they were super slow. We then started ordering our meals and we'd get them to-go within 15 min. We decided to dine-in since we hadn't gone in while and this was our experience; We were denied water cups when ordering. Apparently there were some people stealing fountain drinks so they decided to change their policy and the staff can't give out water cups anymore. It took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. The chicken came out overcooked, dry, and chewy. There was trash in the bucket on our table meant for condiments and seasonings. Within the time we spent there (which was well over an hour) nobody came around to clean off the tables. When we went to leave all but 2 tables were clean for customers to eat at. The only positive I could say was I did find the staff to be friendly this time around. Other times I've went to go pick up food the staff were in the back talking and not paying attention to the front desk so I had to wait for someone to notice me. Also, every take out I ordered (on several different occasions) was wrong in one way or another. Primarily forgetting condiments and sides.
Placed mobile order online.. Ordered loaded tator tots and the only thing loaded about them was a few pieces of soggy bacon. There was no cheese or other topping and ingredients as advertised. Also ordered a large mac and cheese. There was only hard under cooked noodles with no cheese on the noodles at all. Not even a cheese sauce. Also ordered 4 brownies. Went to pick up order and was told they didn't have any. When I asked for a refund since it was a mobile order I was told it would take them a few days to refund my money.
I don't know what to say about my crispy chicken salad. Or where do I start the chicken was quite dry and there was so much of it I literally covered the whole salad. I didn't know what was underneath. Then I figured out what was underneath and found tomatoes that were pretty wilted and weren't edible because they were so warm from the chicken. I found some cut up onions in a corner. It was oddly put together I don't know what kind of lettuce they use but I think it was romaine heart. Lots of people recommend this place for this crispy chicken salad and I don't know why because I've ordered from two other places now and they were much better this place just really did not have any flavor to their salad. Then let's talk about the salad dressing you get very little salad dressing unless you want to buy extra thank goodness I did. So really what you order is a crispy chicken cut up and you have to pick through it. I was very very disappointed in the end. If I could suggest anything maybe put the chicken to the side or others have put it in some tin foil on top so it's not wilting the salad and toppings like cheese and stuff and then people can mix their own salad.
Customer service isn’t close to being good the day I came in for the first time. I said to cashier it was my first visit. I asked her what she recommended and she stares at me. She asked what and how I wanted things. I had no clue what she was talking about and she clearly seen I was confused she wouldn’t offer any suggestions so I was picking at random. I asked her what’s included in a combo she points and the board. I stated the lack of Customer service.I thought about the girl going back and fixing my food after she was clearly annoyed with me. Not safe food, I went to counter to cancel my food and just pay for my drink. After being ignored at the counter they told another worker out to take care of me and offered me a gift card for my refund. I’m not going back why would would I get one?
Everything was absolutely horribly overcooked. The chicken is already dead, no need to cremate it! It was so overcooked that the cheese slice on it completely melted off and became hard. Ordered chicken sandwich with jerk sauce, it came with none. Grilled chicken wrap came with fried chicken in it, fries were overly greasy, and the wait time was ridiculous. None of the kids ate their orders, because the cremated chicken "tenders" are anything but tender. It took over 30 minutes to get the (incorrect) order, and that was after waiting over 20 minutes for the one couple in front of us. I don't recommend this place at all. We will never go back.

Great service! Chicken tenders were very good. The chicken salad with crispy chicken was okay. The broken chicken pieces were a bit dry. The quantity was big. We could have shared either meal. We will return.
1st time here and first thought was at $2 per wing these better be damn good! Well not so much. Over cooked so the drumettes were dry and chewy. 6 of the wings were sauced good (wet) the other 6 very little sauce. But on a good note the fries were good.
At the Chicken Shack, they make their chicken tenders and wings from fresh chicken, never frozen. -1* because sometimes they'll be out of chicken because a delivery didn't make it, long wait times, and a touch on the spendy side. Service is friendly and dine-in area is clean. With that being said, you can find me at the Chicken Shack several times a month. I recommend that you give it try!
Two of us ordered the chicken tenders with fries. Two of us ordered chicken tenders with salad. The fries were amazing. The tender portions were large. Everything else...meh.The chicken appeared moist, but only between the coating and the outside of the chicken. Internally, it was dry to bite and chew. The chicken didn't seem like it had brined before frying, nor did the fryers look to be pressure fryers, just regular deep fryers. The coating on the chicken didn't seem especially flavorful or seasoned, but it was crisp.Our server at the counter wasn't particularly helpful. The honey BBQ and the honey habanero were the same, except for the spice added to the honey BBQ sauce. I would have liked to try other sauces but they were expensive for get extras.The single size beverage cups had lids that didn't stay on.Overall, it was overpriced, slow service, with unforgivably dry chicken. We won't be returning since their signature dish wasn't great or worth the price.
