My tacos were stale and weren’t even wrapped and my Baja blast was carbonated but no flavor, my bean burrito was smashed. I ordered door dash late so I get it but I willBe talking to the manager tomorrow
Shelby at this location helped me just less than.hour before closing time. She told me that they couldn't fulfill my order because they didn't have enough ingredients ready. She told me she didn't have a name of a regional manager since they have nobody with that "title" but gave me the name Flor for a store manager. I told them it might be best to post that they can't fulfill orders less than 1 hour before closing. Disappointing.
Stingy with the Hot Sauce in the Drive thru but next time I go inside I'm gettin em on extra hot sauce. Where do they find these ignorant employees who find empowerment holding out on a few extra packs of salsa. Get a life Bro
Very friendly staff, order was made quick and was delicious. I still miss the Mexican Pizza but I’ve found other favs.
Ordered online. They forgot the two drinks. I ordered two CHICKEN chalupas and only received one. The other was a regular seasoned beef chalupa. I ordered two STEAK burritos and only received one. The other was a regular seasoned beef. I know that the fast food industry is constantly pushing their employees to work faster, but give me a break. Why not have a freakin' Q.C (Quality Control) who's only job is making sure the orders are correct?
They were out of beans and beef which I understand however they then told me they could sub the beef for chicken or steak but would have to up charge me. Im not the reason you are out of beef so why am I getting charged??
This place has become hit or miss. Used to be better but of late food quality is just lacking. Many times now I get home and am missing items and food is cold and thrown together carelessly. At this point there are just too many better options.

Can not SERIOUSLY NOT make anything without cheese when making an order for someone with a dairy allergy. They will redo your order but half the time it still contained a few pieces of cheese or tiny drop of sour cream. I've gone without dinner or had to eat some thing else at least 5x on the last 6m. Don't bother. Maybe don't put the shredded cheese RIGHT Next to the lettuce.
I ask order crunchy taco with a friend our lettuce were brown and old. Also, my burrito has rice and meat. Very disappointed with my order.
