Went to the court street subway just now. They had three employees working only 1 employee helping customers. There were 3 people in line and 2 cars in drive thru. I have never had to wait as long as I did to get a Subway sandwich. I used to manage 2 different Subway locations here in Tri Cities and the quality of service I received tonight was not even close to Subway standards. Very disappointment in the service.
This place don't serve customers before 9:00pm and employee Ezekiel left like 15 people hunger ?didn't serve that's not a good customer service or but people ordered from online they did get food that racism for people please I like to be treat equal please so people think before go I feel really sad when I saw kids hungry sad????
I am eating the very best Subway sandwich I have ever had!! Everything is perfectly assembled and is so tasty!! Thank you Pasco , Court Street Subway!!!

Went in around 8. Not a single person in drive through and one car for lobby. Girl took my order as normal said she would toast it and came back little over 5 minutes later saying she forgot and got busy with someone else’s order and still preceded to have me wait. Never got my sandwich :( wasn’t going to wait ANOTHER 5-10 minutes in drive through
They had a motion activated witch decoration for Halloween that would screech and then laugh every time it was activated and I'm pretty sure the human helping me at the drive through murdered it because it went off like 27 times in a row and then they were like, "EXCUSE ME A MOMENT" and then... Silence.Good sub--they always do it right. Guac instead of sauce ?
Ordered ahead waited 20 minutes to find out they didn't even start the order. To busy helping walk in customers, forget about those that ordered ahead online? what's the point? waste of time, ended up cancelling. Seriously poor customer service.
I had just gone in the drive thru , I ordered an Italian sub the girl who took our order in the name of Anita was very rude didn’t even ask if we wanted chips , didn’t put spinach in our sandwich even though we asked . She was rolling her eyes and gave me my change in a rude / rushing manner
Haven't tried the sub yet, but the service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
