Friendly staff, drinks are fine, wish they’d keep more accurate stock on the app though as I’ve come in several times only to have to be refunded because they’re out of the items I ordered.
So overpriced and only have limited flavors..they don't care Irish cream at all..not very impressed..
Wait time for a hot chocolate at least 20 minutes and this was not even in the drive through!!! She was soooo slow. Then gave me a hot drink with no lid. Told me I had to ask for lid which the other employees told her was not accurate. No sleeve so cup super hot to hold! This used to be my go to Starbucks in Tri Cities, not anymore! I’ll drive out of my way to go to Court Street Starbucks from now on
i waited 15 minutes in the drive through and then when i get to the screen the employee says “we closed at 4 i pull away then check my phone and it’s only 4:02! and the person in front of me got 5+ drinks. and when i get to the window and nicely ask if i can still order my drink and she makes a rude gesture that they’re closed. incredibly frustrating to wait 30 minutes in total in a line to not get a drink and deal with a rude barista. i’ve been a cashier before and i’ve stayed an hour past closing for a costumer and i think she could have stayed a couple minutes.

Worst Starbucks EVER!!! Took 15 min to get a burnt latte that was 3/4 full, a sandwich that was thrown in the bag with all chicken on the outside of the sandwich and to top it off snotty attitude from the fat blue haired barista! Come on Starbucks you can do better than that!!!

Yesterday around 4:30pm, I ordered a double chocolate chip Frappuccino and received a cookie crumble Frappuccino instead. Told server of the mistake, but they explained to me that the cookie crumble was the chocolate chip. Other server looked annoyed, but made me a new one with less cookie crumble and still wasn't a double chocolate. Not to mention the table inside was very wobbly and felt it could collapse. I order this drink every time I go to Starbucks, because it has no coffee and it's a drink with way less sugar than a chocolate shake. The drink they made me twice had no chocolate chips both times. I go to Starbucks because they have great internet and I go to do my homework there when I am out of town. I usually have friendly service and if they make a mistake, they apologize and fix it. This store had poor customer service and treated me as if they didn't want my business, so I will take my business somewhere else.
The drive thru line was long but that happens at all starbucks but I ordered got to the window and the guy was super nice and personable!! Made my experience and my day even better.
