Ordered a Strawberry and cream Frap. What I got was a Red colored a smoothie! ?
I would've 5 stars but I always order a quad espresso with very light ice 4 pumps vanilla syrup and 4 pumps of white chocolate mocha and 2 splashes of half and half..it comes to 6.58..however, the other night I was at the one on court st in pasco, wa and this little dude with a beard said they had ro charge me for a latte, I was like whatever dude it came to 8.58..is that what a latte costs these days..
They are the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to!! Never have the ingredients, worst customer service and they can’t seem to get any order no matter how simple correctly. Literally feel like I’m a bother to the employees, for ordering a pink drink. I try to avoid the court street Starbucks at all costs.
All the baristas are always nice and friendly, the drinks are made good, the wait usually isn’t too long. But the only real issue is that this isn’t even the most busy Starbucks I’ve been to, and yet they’re ALWAYS out of food. Whether it’s the feta wraps or the ready to eat meals. Very frustrating. Stores should always have enough inventory to get through the day. They’re usually already out of things by noon.
This location lacks customer service. I stand by the mobile order pick up spot and no one acknowledges you. You’re just standing there. Absolutely no work ethic or drive.
Literally the worst Starbucks in the area. Why let us mobile order for quickness only to pull up and your sign says to pick up via the drive thru or come inside? Then I try to come inside and the door is locked. No one will look at me as I stand there. No one will pick up the phone.What a joke
I mobile ordered because this store is notoriously slow and I need to get back to work quickly I pull up and walk up to the front where there’s a sign saying the cafe js closed and mobile orders can be picked up in the drive thru (it’s pouring into the street at this point) or inside. I try to open the doors and they’re locked…try to make eye contact with anyone inside and I’m ignored. Try calling…no answer. So my drinks are what, just sitting there for 20 minutes since I can’t get to them? And I can’t just leave because I’ve already paid. There needs to be better communication via the app if we cannot access the order we’ve paid for. OR let us go inside and pick up our drinks. This is ridiculous. Update the app!
I wasn't feeling good so we stopped for a tea. Great Service like always.
Excellent Starbucks. Friendly staff that went out of their way to make me feel known and appreciated. The beverage was made just to my liking, and I’m a bit picky sometimes. I’ll definitely be coming here again! The displays were done very nicely for the holidays and I look forward to seeing what the coming months will have in stock for new whole bean options and seasonal cups.
I have to say driving to the Pasco Starbucks just to get the best customer service is so worth it. Especially TONIGHT. Cadilla was absolutely so patient with our large order and super friendly. Thank you for your contagious smile and friendliness, you made our night.
