No grab rails in showers except handicapped rooms are equipped grab rails. Complamentry breakfast was good but seems there is a lack of silverware available. Prime rib dinners lunch was excellent.. Front desk must get all individual information correct.
Michael was great, He is very professional and knows alot about the company... He is very customer service friendly and helped me with any questions i needed. I will stay here again. I really look forward to coming into tri cities and this is my place to stay at.
Excellent staff. The restaurant with complimentary breakfast and prime rib lunch was very good. The pool and hours for it are family friendly. The cleaning staff was efficient. The front of the hotel looks excellent. The back rooms and that area, need renovation. Overall a good place to stay.
Old drab motel as we walked in we noticed how un updated this place is. Carpets change color and motifs randomly. Thank goodness the room had a wood floor. Bedding is really old and very worn. Super soft bed that creaks as you try and get comfortable. Pillows must have been purchased 40 years ago. The shower tub did not drain so when you showered you also made a bath. We needed two beds since we were 4 but only got 3 towels. I tried to call the front desk but the phones rang busy for hours. Finally went to front desk asked for towels and the room cleaned they said they would take care of it but it was not done. Very disappointing. We even got the newer part of the hotel with a view of the pool and hot tub that was not filled. The pool is old and in need of repair. Not sure how this place got a 4.6 rating. I would not give it a 1 star. Stay away there are much better options for $166 a night.
Great food. Courteous staff. Nice experience.
We stayed here one night and parked our car in the lot while flying out of Pasco, Washington. On our arrival, we went to the Grizzley Lounge, in spite of the state-wide mask mandate, no one, including wait staff was not wearing masks. When we returned to Pasco and requested the van shuttle, an hour later it still had not arrived. I called three times. I was told it will get there but might be another 15 minutes. The lady answering just could not care less that we were standing in 28 degree temps waiting. We finally got a cab and paid $17 to get to the hotel a mile away. They probably shouldn't advertise the airport shuttle if it is that unreliable.
The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. They answered our questions about the airport opening time each morning snd offered to set up the shuttle for us. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We have a great stay and will use the Red lion again when we fly.
The only negative I have, like so many other businesses, is the staff shortage. The front dest clerk was really pleasant but she also had to leave her station and drive the shuttle to/from the airport.
I stayed at this hotel from sept 21 to sept 29. The breakfast staff was great. The housekeeping wonderful.. room was a premium room and comfy. However, due to the nature of the trip we were not sure how long we were staying. Up untill the 24 we went day by day. I asked about the rewards program and was told to sign up on line and they did not link stay to rewards. I then called the program when i got home Dan told me i was not able to get any points for this stay or my boise stay because it was checked in one day out the next and inn again. I was also denied points for the 24th thru the 29th all booked together. They couldn't even find where i stayed. For multiple stays u wont get your rewards. Imagine checking out in pasco and driving to boise and checking and denied points because it was in and out.
The rooms are HUGE. My son said the room was the size of his living room. Very comfortable room, Quiet Very close to the airport, but no airport noise. High school homecoming, did not hear any noise at all. Restaurants nearby.
