Solid 3/5. Went on a friday night around 530 not too busy except for a big table ~15 people which we thought was a bit large for how small the restaurant is and the service was alright, server didnt say much other then getting our order. We got the guac n chips to start and the amount of chips was nowhere near enough but the guac had good flavor. For meals we got the mac n cheese with the chicken which was pretty good, and the taco truck tots which had good flavors but had way too much crema making most of the tots soggy. For $55 i felt we could have went somewhere like twigs or lulus for a better experience.
Doesn’t serve food past 8pm. Only offers a limited appetizer menu after that.. even on a Friday. What a waste of space for an area that needs more restaurants..
Cant stress enough how amazing the southern burger is. Best damn burger in town hands down!! Bold flavor and juicy all throughout. 100% my go to at Pasco proof. And their fries match so perfectly with the burger; they’re not oily like other places and they are always so perfectly salted!! Wife agrees so as well. And Jennifer is very kind!
I paid for the experience and not so much for taste. My Angus burger was overpowered by salt and more salt. The fries also had 1 flavor. Salt. Now I'm feeling like what I ate. Salty! Seemed like they focused on the presentation of food rather than quality. Lastly, I went during my lunch hour. I got my food 5 minutes before my lunch was over so I had to box it immediately. I will say that I've heard their drinks are fire!
WOW! I did not know that this place existed until a friend had her "girls night" birthday party there. It was soooo special. We went into a special room that had been reserved for us. We had a blast doing karaoke ? and eating and dancing. I highly recommend this for special occasions such as a Bachelorette party, or a private party. However, be warned, they close early and they WILL take your plates even if you have not finished your food when it is close to closing time. For that reason, I can't give them 5 stars.
I absolutely love, the wings here! I also just came for brunch for the first time and can say Proofs brunch was officially the tastiest I've had in tri cities. The breakfast sandwich was so yummy!
This restaurant is filthy! The floors were slippery and the tables are sticky! The chairs are all mis-matched and extremely uncomfortable. The bar is dirty and everything needs cleaned. The food was delicious and the staff was great but I won't be back. For the sake of your other customers, take a day to clean, sand the tables and get some new chairs.

We always have great service here but today was disappointing. We were charged $10 each for drink that we are normally changed $7 for plus extra for a double and are server just wasn't listening to us. We always get the pick your poison and we are never asked about single or double or a short or tall glass. We said we just wanted the pick you poison and for 2 drinks I was changed $20 plus $5.50 for doubles. Very frustrating when you have been going to a place for months and all the sudden the pricing is different.
We did a 40th karaoke bday party there. The vibe was chill, the ppl are fantabulous. Miss Jennifer was just fantastic all around. She has great energy, good sport posing in a few photos even. Hats off to her and all the staff. The facility was decked out really cool like, love the cassette wall. The doors being an old pop machine or an old payphone booth shell or arcade body as a door handle.... What.... Oh yeah definitely coming back.
