We're always on the look-out for a good boba place. Sadly, our order was incorrect and we had to go back (drive-thru) to get it fixed. My husband order a traditional milk tea and it was JUST MILK. When he went back, the rude girl (with ridiculously long nails) decided it wasn't her fault she made the drink incorrectly. She tried to push it onto my husband that it was his fault. He asked for a refund or to remake his drink correctly. She finally conceded and remade the drink as ordered. It still wasn't correct because he had asked for no sweetness and she apparently added quite a bit of sugar. I noticed that was the same issue with my drink. This was the first visit and last.
I would rate it higher if I could. There boba is fantastic! Soft and chewy. Done just right. Tried the original and the mango milk tea. Both great. Probably prefer the original.However heads up that only their original milk tea is made with tea. You have to request the other “milk teas” to be made with tea…
Great experience at this place for our first time. The lady who I assume is the owner was extremely attentive to us and asked if the drinks were sweet enough and tasted ok.I got the peachy one. It was really good. The popping Boba here tastes great. WE will definitely be back.
Time wise it took a little long to get our drinks, I got a strawberry milk tea and a peach milk tea. The peach milk tea was very good while the strawberry one lacked flavor.
Came to the shop in the mall my wife ordered one drink and we have been waiting 30 minutes it has still not come out. In this amount of time I have seen 10 drinks come over the counter over the counter. This is an average of 3 minutes per drink. That's kind of ridiculous when you only do one thing
My family and I were on the hunt for a bubble tea place in Pasco that we could visit when craving those delicious drinks and we came across this shop. We loved the fact that they are open till 8 pm. The location is very easy to access and easy to find. We'll light up and in a very good location. When we arrived no other cars were there and we thought it was perfect so we could check out the menu real quick. However, a car quickly showed up in line behind us and one of the girls quickly went out to the car to get their order and start their drinks. I thought that was so nice instead of coming back to the window to make us feel rushed and let us figure out what we wanted. The gal who helped us was very very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. I felt very welcome and to finish up a great experience the drinks were equally amazing. We have tried about every place in town for bubble teas and this place I have to say has the most options available and they tasted perfect. We ordered 4 different drinks to try them out and all our drinks were nothing less than very delicious. We tipped them they put our number in their system and we left. The experience was something we as a family haven't experienced and renewed our faith in customer service. Thank you again for the yummy drinks and great customer service. We will be back
Possibly the best Chamango in town. Best part about this is it's made using Red Bull.
I had a visit from Tacoma Washington all the way to Pasco and decided I wanted to have some Bubble tea so I stop by pearl coffee shop and I didn't know what to get so a girl recommended the Thai tea and was the most delicious drink ever!!! Lindsey and Christian Thank you. I highly recommend going to the shop.
I love this place! I litterally drive like 20mins from my house to pearl coffee just to get there boba!? THAT BEING SAID: I went to pearl coffee at 7:30pm and Once i got to the window the girl told me they close like 30 mins ago and was not taking orders. I was suprised because online it says they close until 8pm! So She closed an hour early. This has happened multiple times with the same person. Which was sad because like i said i drive 20mins just to get there coffee.:(
We went here, because we liked the one in the mall. The brown sugar bobas seemed more like jelly in consistency. Maybe we will get the tapioca next time. They were out of honeydew which is our absolute favorite. So we got a pineapple/ coconut snow blended. It was good. A strawberry snow blended, wasnt very full of flavor. Big ice chunks still in there. The strawberry / coconut snow blended seemed a little sweeter & a better flavor combo. Do not know if we would drive all the way over here again, we live a ways away.
