We really love their pizza. Only reason I gave them a 3 stars is because I didn't know you couldn't drive through the drive through window to order a pizza. You can only go through the drive through for pick up. So we didn't get our pizza that night because of how bummed we were.
What has America come too? In pasco washington its sad when you order stuffed chicken with bacon pizza and end up baking a pizza that had salami and sausage and pepperoni and not one bite of chicken or bacon. I hate that mexican food workers always mess up my order. I am the one that has to pay for this learning experiance. If you only speak English dobt order from tgis store. They only understand mexican

They should have a sign at the entrance of the drive thru saying that they are no longer taking orders at the window. I spend about 15 minutes behind other cars at the drive thru that apparently ordered online just to find out that I wasn’t going to get service after waiting so long. This is the conversation with the girl at the window.Me: I want to order a Papa Favorites.Girl: Oh we are not taking orders at the window any more. Look it says it here on this paper on the window.Me: You guys should have a sign at the entrance of the drive thru.Girl: Oh really?Me: Yes! I just spent 15 minutes behind other cars waiting my turn to order.Girl: Oh really.Me: Yes!Then after ordering the pizza inside they said that it would be really in 5 minutes but it wasn’t. It took them 11 minutes.
