staff are polite and quick. Food is the tasty typical Panda Express :)
Apparently multiple Panda Express restaurants, not only this one, discriminate against people according to their beliefs and looks. They will not serve you unless you wear a mask, even if you do not believe you need to wear one. Even though the mask mandate in Washington state is being lifted.They will let you stand in line without a mask, but if you want to talk to them you have to wear a mask, it makes no sense, never did. That is poor customer service and the exact definition of discrimination and prejudice. I don't know if it is the corporate or franchise policy, but it is overall ridiculous
It is good just ridiculous in the price and then they won't separate your noodles from your meat without charging you double and then trying to explain simply separating your meat from your noodles spend five minutes in the drive-through holding it up they just didn't understand that I couldn't grasp the fact that they couldn't understand that then they wanted to charge me double before your food's good though
There’s six people not wearing mask two of them staff or at lest wearing uniforms and they refuse to take orders without having one, I feel I was singled out because it looks
Ordered by doordash. Food was decent, but they gave me one wrong entree. I get that you guys get busy, but you need to pay attention to your orders when assembling them.
When their food is fresh and hot is good. Customer service isn't always the best. But they have potential to be.
The workers were rude. Made me and my daughter put a masks on when nobody else in line was wearing one.
Gone here for pickup several times and the food is always excellent. Don't interact much with the staff except one time I was waiting for my pickup while it was very busy, and someone still stopped and asked what my name for my order was and brought it out as soon as possible. Overall great experience here.
It's American Chinese fast food. Can't expect a lot right. Still good
