Small choice of flavors and toppings but the flavors and toppings were really yummy and the refrigerated toppings were fresh which is nice. Service was great too.
Not very good selection of toppings and they weren't very fresh. Seemed to have been left out for quite some time. Would have hoped for better selection for the price you pay
Long story short, minimum wage mentality service, "no key to the bathroom,” old/hard candies, inappropriate radio station. The guy working did change the station upon request.
This Location was horrible. Floors, counters and food topping area Were filthy. The Man working was extremely rude. We will not be returning to this location again.
I come here for frozen yogurt and the past couple times i visit there is never fresh fruit the place is a mess and the person that works here is extremely rude always seems to have an attitude
Good service isn't something they worry about .. sometimes the only one worker won't even look at you when you pay or the word thanks is something they almost never use ?
Came into the store today, floor was super sticky, machines were down, tried to make small talk with the employee and he just ignored us while staring at his phone. No music in the store, completely lost its vibe bruh?
I love frozen yogurt! I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt for so many months but enough is enough. This location is always a mess, they never have fresh toppings, the machines are down. They close way earlier than it says on google. Sometimes the open sign will be off so people don’t come in. I get they have teenagers working here but come on! They have to learn how work in the real world.
On 7/14/21 went to My Yofro in Pasco, WA to get my usual tart and chocolate. One of their machines has not been working for a few months. That day another machine was not working and it was chocolate. I told the employee they better get these fixed or I was going elsewhere. He said he had asked for them to be repaired but they still hadn’t come to fix them.
I'm so disagree about Myfroyo in Pasco!!! Bad service. Smells so bad
