I went through the drive through yesterday morning and got a sandwich and coffee. The coffee was barely warm. I had to turn around and go back for a hot one and didn't even get an apology.Last week I went in and got a chicken sandwich. It had a small portion of sauce and one paper thin pickle slice. Not at all like the picture on the menu.

Ordered cheeseburgers, spicy nuggets, and fries. The food was lukewarm at best. Hamburger buns were hard around the edge and they forgot the BBQ sauce for the nuggets and there was a hair in them too. I called and they said if I brought the food back they would replace it. My kids had already devoured half their burgers. I asked if I could just get a voucher and they didn't know what I was talking about. Long story short, check to make sure your food is hot before you leave. I looked and it appeared everything was there but no sauce. ?

I did a mobile order as usual, but I noticed the drive through was pretty long, so I decided to try the curbside pickup. I parked in spot 1, finalized on the app and waited. After 10-15 minutes and watching every car that had been in the drive through leave, I decided to go inside and check on my order. They had no idea I was out there and about 7 of them were just standing around chatting. One of them asked if I had my phone to show him my order, so I went back out to the car to grab it. Came back in and another employee said oh is this you? We found your order. I had noticed that bag on the drive through counter when I first walked in while they all stood around talking. Sure enough the bag had my name and curbside 1 printed on it. So frustrating. For the most part, the place is clean and the staff seems friendly, but I don't recommend doing curbside pickup.

Up to date, clean, seems larger than average. Same incredible McDonald's customer care. Large indoor playland for children

Feels dumb reviewing McDonald's but for whatever reason the Rd 68 McDonald's just cannot get it together. 80% the food we get is not fresh, cold fries, stale chicken nuggets or they can't get the order right. This one is just way too busy and I don't get how somewhere so busy doesn't have fresh food. I go to Court Street if I want McDonald's

This is the worst McDonald's in town, I think. They're always messing up something in my order, every single time. I didn't go there for about 6 months or so, came back and I got a screwed-up order again. I'm done here.

Not sure what has happened with the staff at this location lately, but it’s gone down hill pretty bad. I don’t know if they are just distracted and not paying attention, but the drive thru workers are the worst. I pulled up to order and I was the only one at the speaker; while there were three vehicles in the other lane. Well I waited, watched two of the other vehicles order and move on. So I said, I’m ready to order…surprisingly someone replied and asked me to please wait. What happens? The car in the other lane gets their order taken and moves on. This same crew is short and snappy with customers and constantly get orders wrong; even though they are right on the screen. The way they DEMAND to see your receipt when you tell them they f’ed up is to the point you want to crumble it up and throw it at them.

Visit this location the most in from all location in tri cities, and reason for that is convenience. BUT NOMORE!!! I have the mobile and always use this. All I order is coffee and nothing special but seem like they always get the order wrong or takes for ever to receive. I know with COVID 19 things have been tough for everyone so I have given them opportunity after opportunity. Well this last time I went to order the same order BUT this time they charged me $20.58 and I asked how did that happen, person at the window said she accidentally combined my order with person behind me and manger will fix it at next window, manger at next window had no clue so I told her what happened and she voided the transaction. I asked for a receipt and she said she was unable to give me the receipt. Days later I notice they pulled the money from my acct. I called this location and manger on duty gave me number admin off in Kennewick. Was on the phone with and have email conversation with a person and she tells me she unable to refund me the money with no reason why, our mobile app show no history of transactions made that day. Person from admin office send me an email at 1232pm but according to her coworker when I called at at 1235 pm for an explanation she say the person helping me is out for the day and left just b4 1230pm. So I am currently going thru my bank to dispute the charge. WORSE LOCATION IN THE TRI CITIES

There was kids riding scooters In there a kid was playing with the order board and then we ordered and the service was fast but the cashier should of gave us our cups right away instead of us asking for them
