So I went and ordered 6 ice cream cones and 1 blue berry frozen soda. Well I guess from ordering to the 2nd window the scream was melting and they asked me if still wanted the ice cream cones I said no so they refunded me the money but they forgot the frozen soda so I called them because they had sent me to the 3rd window so they said the machine had just broke down ?♀️ I said ok well just give me a refund and when I saw how much they had refund me I was a bit upset. I paid 12 something and I was refund 10 and some cents ? but you know what I didn't had time to go and talk to someone so I leave it like that.
Just went 30 min ago. I ordered strawberry pies along with some McChickens and light mayo. Ive already paid. When it came to getting my order they notified me they no longer have the strawberry pies. So they offered a set of apple pies, that's not what I wanted. So I said I'm okay, I was looking forward to the strawberry ones. I just wanted a refund, no issue until a lady with curly redish hair just says " apparently she wants a refund because she don't have money, I don't know." Money wasn't an issue but that just made me furious. What if I didn't have money and was in a budget because I got kids to take care of? Why would someone make someone feel bad like that. On top of that I wasn't given a receipt, and my McChickens were loaded with mayo, when I clearly asked for light. I hope nobody ever comes across that lady and gets the same experience.
I order 1 happy meal 2 oreo mcflurries and 1 frappe..and when I got to the window I got my food and the mcfluries I was like where's my frappe and the lady told me to pull at front to wait for it.. so I did!! I waited there for about 15-20 mins.. then I decided to go inside to asked for it they didn't even have it ready... ?
Kids serving adults is not always the way to go.???always messing up on the orders
It’s cheap and close to where I live. Just don’t ask them to change anything on anything, it confuses them and they’ll get the whole order wrong.
I was running late this morning sat in line for about 5 minutes got up to the window and forgot my card! I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she payed for my sandwich! made my day thank you so much!
They were out of Sprite and out of ketchup for the fries ? And I wasn't aware they charge for hot sauce packets too lol
Went here to pick up some food. Wanted to use a coupon to try and save some money as I don’t have a job and the self service machine was refusing my coupon. So I go to the attendant and they couldn’t figure out why my coupon wasn’t working. We restart the app, nothing, restart my phone, nothing, use a separate phone that had a similar coupon for the same items, still doesn’t work. I ask if the manager would validate and manually apply it and the response I get. The manager has no clue how to do a custom order to validate my request and so I hade to pay in full for my order. The associates really tried and I appreciate their work but the manager didn’t even do anything and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
Always great quick food..not the fries tho sorry.
I ordered a number 1 big Mac meal with a coke. I paid then I was told to go to the 2nd window. I sat there 10 min before someone showed asking if I ordered a big Mac meal. Then they also forgot to give me my drink. So I told the gail and she said I'll be right back. So 5 min go by and I am still waiting for my coke. Then someone other walks by and I let him know that I am still waiting for my drink. It took me talking to three employees just to get my drink. Wow
