This place is really terrible ! I don’t know how ppl rate it with 5 stars we have been almost an hour and still waiting for food ! Customer service is the worst I definitely do no recommend to come here and even worse if you have a hungry toddler update the food came in and it was really bad !
Went for breakfast recently and although they were short handed still had a great meal / experience. Brittany was our server and she was AMAZING! She was the only server that day and the place was packed. She was friendly, prompt and doing a great job of keeping things running smooth. She checked in on all the tables keeping everyone informed of the status of their orders. Kept everyone's drinks filled, made sure we all had what we needed and smiled the whole time. She is a Rockstar and we will definitely be back.
Being mother's day I knew it would be busy, but they knocked it out of the park still. We did wait about 1.5 hrs but the quality and quantity of food made it well worth it!!! If you leave hungry you got issues. I mean I may not be fat but I sure eat like I am and I couldn't even finish. Great atmosphere and staff to boot makes it a top spot for me in the Tri
My wife and I have been sitting here an hour now. 2 breakfast orders is all we ordered. Waitress hanging out in the kitchen. People have come in after us and served. Food had better be good, waitress staff is a complete JOKE
Absolutely delicious! I've ordered omelets for breakfast, and now a Cobb salad for lunch. I'm sure Magill's has a goal of making sure you're not going to be hungry when you're done, no matter how much you usually eat.I really appreciate that I can get delicious gluten free options and it's always SO MUCH food. Fresh ingredients and delicious seasonings.
The service was friendly and quick, though it was fairly empty when I went. It might be slower when busier, not really sure. I had the French toast combo. It was a lot of food, so if you're hungry I definitely recommend eating here. Everything was good except the French toast was undercooked, so the center of the slices were kinda slimy. Maybe ask them to cook the toast well done? LOL. It was a good place with a nice atmosphere and big portions.
Delicious food! HUGE portion sizes. Deep fried French toast sticks are a great breakfast appetizer. Highly recommend this place
Absolutely amazing! Everything served was outstanding! We will certainly return next time we are in Tri Cities. The menu is so extensive we will try something new every visit!
My family came here for breakfast. I got the Coug Omellette and the pulled pork in it was too peppery for me and the home fries were really plain. The fried chicken and chicken fried steak were both not made in house and seemed cheap and stored frozen. My daughter was in a high chair and her feet rubbed against the underside of the table and the white tights she was wearing were filthy from whatever is under the table. Probably need to be cleaned sometime soon. There was also a mildew smell from where we were sitting which was kind of off-putting. The only good thing in our experience was the Cougar cheese sauce was pretty good.
Great food at a reasonable cost. Large portions of what ever you order and a nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff. You will enjoy!
